Beautiful Villa. Immaculate clean. Beautiful pool.  Pool towels available. Room cleaned daily.  Spacious room.  TV and fridge. Room ensuite with lovely shower.
Bus stop nearby.  Plenty of shops and restaurants.  Easy walk into the local town.


Perfect quiet location 

DO NOT STAY HERE, where do I start absolutely shocking the pictures are misleading, don’t make the same mistake we did and book to stay here,we turned up and it I thought I was in a scene from the inbetweeners and to top it off. when we explained to the owner that we didn’t want to stay here due to the fact we had wet bedsheets, the walls where disgusting, old doors on the hotel grounds just chucked the hotel doesn’t look like it does in the actual pictures she then refused to give us a refund when we explained we didn’t want to stay there the first 3 hours of our holiday where spent arguing with the owner over the fact she wouldn’t give us a refund!

 I can’t believe this hotel is actually being advertised by trip advisor it’s like a dump site

Maria is an amazing host and Hotel owner. Our hotel room was very nice and clean. Maria takes care of every detail. If you need anything she will solve it. The location is fantastic because Karterados is on walking distance from Fira, so the value for the price is really really good. I highly recommend it.

Great for the Value

We arrived late at night, 5 mins from airport, reception is down a flight of stairs and we carried our luggage down! Check in was quick and friendly! We walked into the centre to find a supermarket, a few restaurants. In the morning we went to Boras bakery, for fresh coffee and pastries! Hired an ATV for 35 euros a day, if you want to see all of Santorini this is a must! We went everywhere on it, there's free parking at the villa too! Our room was cleaned everyday and clean towels on the beds. Our room was basic but clean but for the price we paid we didn't expect luxury. This is a great place for central location and a clean place to sleep. Pool area is clean. My only slight gripe is that our shower didn't have a hook so was a bit tricky but certainly didn't spoil the holiday!! 

Fantastic base for exploring Santorini

We stayed here for 3 days while exploring the island in April. While the price was unbeatable, the location 30min walk from Fira definitely cut into our trip. While there were few tourist crowds in Kertados, the road that the house is on could be quite noisy at night with trucks and ATVs. On the second day we found a swarm of small black ants along one wall which we were able to sweep out but otherwise the rooms were clean. 

Budget accommodation outside of Fira

We stayed in Santorini for 5 days. The hotel is excellently located around a km from Fira. It has a petrol station and supermarket along with cafes not far away, as well as other small tourist shops around the corner. The staff is polite, kept our luggage so we can be free until we caught the ferry back. The best aspect was that it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Also has good parking for transport as well as a nice swimming pool. It is located in the center of Santorini island, so you are always not too far from the North and South tips of the island. Great stay, would book again!
