We stayed for 8 days at Iliopetra in August and we liked a lot the kindness of the staff, the daily cleaning and availability to frequently change bath towels and bed sheets.
However, the room is quite small, the whole bathroom is as big as a shower box.
The location is near the port but in the middle of a car parking lot which affects a bit the view.
We understand that it was high season and that Milos is relatively more expensive than other islands, but 120 EUR p/n is a bit too pricey for what Iliopetra offers. We paid less for larger rooms or even apartments in Lefkada, Paros, Santorini, Simi, Sifnos.

Too pricey for what it offers

We stayed at Iliopetra Rooms for 5 nights: we had a beautiful room with terrace. The staff was also very kind and we enjoyed our time here. It´s also only about 3 min to the city center by foot.
I would defininetly rebook it next time coming to Milos! :)

Beautiful, clean room and kind staff

Me and my boyfriend stayed in Iliopetra for a week and it was a great experience!
The room was really cute, all in whites and so clean, you could smell it every time you entered the room.
Even thought we didn't have a room with a view, outside our door was a small table with two chairs for us and they made our top sheet into a bow every time they cleaned our room! 

Minimal and clean

First of all, the room wasn't the same as the pictures that are shown on the website. Secondly the staff was  impolite because she force us to leave the room for clean . Generally was quiet and clean..

Low quality

Beautiful structure, all very new. Very comfortable bed and small functional cooking corner. External patio to spend some time relaxing in the evening sipping an ice-cold ozo. The owner Julia very attentive, friendly and very cordial. She made us find some fresh fruit in the refrigerator and before we left a bottle of ice-cold wine. Very recommended. It's a lovely stay.

The room, spacious, had everything you need, comfortable beds, air-conditioned balcony and comfortable bathroom. The perfect location to move around both by car and on foot being very close to the center. comfortable parking under the house and a bakery/cake shop at 100m where you can make great breakfasts. The owner and son were really nice to come and pick us up on the ferry and get us the rental car at a good price. good quality price ratio.

A great choice in Milos.

The accommodation is excellent. She came to pick us up at the harbor while the accommodation is all ready. The room is very nice, clean. Comfortable beds and the presence of pleasant weather.

Accommodation at the top

The hotel is close to the harbor, but isolated at its own time. The owner, Julia, is charming and attentive. She gave us very good indications on what to do on the island. The hotel is fine, something to improve (bathroom and a few pipes-ducts that have left them waiting in the bathroom and bedroom (at least in our bedroom)), but the room is nicely decorated, a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Julia had a detail of our sleeping accommodation on a road with plenty of fruit. Nearby there is a supermarket and several shops where to rent a motorcycle.

Genius is a genius.

We took two rooms, one for us and one for the children. The last one was more spacious and had a private balcony. Our room was narrow and without a balcony. Room with minimal basic comfort: the negative note was the sheets and towels, changed only once in six days. The sheets did not cover the mattress well. The positive note was the courtesy of the owner: very available, she helped us rent the car, finding the best price. She recommended us to the beaches and restaurants. The room price was good anyway.

Structure in the mean

Lovely rooms, clean quiet, very close to Port, Beach and bus stop for touring the island. Julia, the owner was very friendly , helpful and informative. A definate place for our return visit, beds very comfortable
