Authentic Greek. Family owned business (4th generation I think) Absolute lovely place and owners. Nothing fake here. Wonderful Diamanti and Spiros look after everything and have built up the business over generations. Genuine traditional family. 

Genuinely Greek family business. 

My family and friends have visited Diamanti several times the past decade or so.
The hosts are the sweetest people, and we are always welcomed as family. 

There are 7 (?) studios for rent. They are clean and kept in order.
The place is located just east (10 minutes walk) of Molyvos and sits in the middle of a beautiful garden. 
There is a pool.

The hosts also run a restaurant - and you will not be disappointed by the lovely traditional food! Yum.

A Gem

We visit this place on a daily basis.The owners Yamadi and Spiros are perfect Hosts with Truly Old Fashioned Values ,wonderful Traditional Meals made with everything from their Beautiful Gardens.Home made Marmalade,Fresh Orange juice.Don't get lost in the usual Tourist Traps.Experience Something Very Special and Unique....before it is Lost.....Rob Fuller and Laraine Bassett.

A truly Traditional Gem

I have traveled all over the world to over thirty countries and I have never come across a place as special as diamanti studios. It is truly magical. We were greeted by husband and wife Spiros and Diamanti and their beautiful daughter Maria. The setting is on a small family farm with goats and bountiful olive trees and fruit trees. We stayed in two studios on the second floor of a two floor building that has four studios on top and I believe four on the bottom. We had number 3 and 4 and I highly recommend these two because they can also be adjoining if you want. The terraces are private and unbelievable- looking out at the olive grove and the beautiful castle. While all of this is magical, the real magic is in the way we were treated by the family and how much they cared for us while we were there. Diamnti and Spiros have a restaurant that is open all day and night- she makes everything home made with ingredients from the farm. We had delicious cheese pies with feta, homemade baklava, roasted chicken, and sardines to name a few. Also an amazing bean salad. The restaurant looks out on the pool which was also fantastic. 
Diamanti also makes special tea from the garden. The whole family works so hard yet they always have a smile on their face and make time to chat and share their beautiful culture with others. We really appreciated this. We did not feel like a number here. They made us feel like family and we will never forget that. 
Diamanti and Spiros even sell a lot of their products so on the last night we bought jams, olives, tea and olive oil and they wrapped them up with so much care. 
Being at this place was truly one of the best experiences of my life- you can feel their goodness just radiating around them! 
I read the other reviews on this place and I know that some people felt it was negative that it is a little bit outside of the town center and they felt isolated. To all the people that are thinking of coming here and aren’t sure if that’s a problem- I’m here to tell you it is truly only a ten minute walk and it’s a beautiful walk. It is an advantage to be ten minutes outside- not a disadvantage. I think this is the best place to stay in Molyvos, or maybe all of Lesvos. If you want to be treated like family and not like a tourist or just a number, come here and have a magical experience you will never forget.

Magical place

Stayed at Diamante for the second time for 3 weeks from 18th May to 8th June. We had one Studio overlooking Molyvos Castle. Our daughter & her family had 2 studios with a door in corridor shutting to make into an apartment.
Nothing was too much trouble. Diamante, Spiros and their daughter Maria are fabulous hosts.
Rooms were cleaned every other day with fresh towels & linen changed at least twice a week.
Fresh flowers were also put in our room (a lovely touch)
It’s conveniently placed to Molyvos which is a 10min stroll away. 
We ate at the Cafe/Taverna some days - the service excellent as is the food - a lot of herbs/spices from own garden ( they even make theirs own feta)
There is also a swimming pool and sunbed area. 
My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, although no shallow end and enjoyed meeting Marcus the cat.
Indeed we met lots of animals over the course of our stay - turtles, horses, sheep, cats & dogs! 
The cost was very reasonable and the daily rate include wi-fi and air conditioning.
All in all a great holiday - we hope to return soon

My Family & other animals!

Great location of the studios! They are between Molyvos and Eftalou beach. Very helpful staff! Warm people and always there to help you and inform you for everything you might need! We enjoyed eating breakfast into that garden with a view of the castle of Molyvos. We loved it! Give it a chance! 

Soooo beautiful! 

The family that runs the studios are very friendly and eager to help and comfort you. The apartments were cozy and traditional, and the food served were excellent! You have a great view of the Molyvos castle and you can reach it in a 5 minute walk !

Amazing staff, great studios, beautiful view of the Molyvos castle!

We found that treasure in 2016. A perfect mix of a good place to stay at your holiday  : 1) very warmly and hospitality family  (Spiros, Diamanti and Maria), they're giving you the feelings staying with good friends/ family "feeling a bit like coming home". 2) apartment/studio with everything you need  (Airco, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette and fridge and...a balcony with an amazing view on Molyvos (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE) hill with castle. 3) A pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas with a view on Molyvos hill with castle. 4) Lovely taverna with daily fresh food that Diamanti makes with biological products of their own garden. You can also have breakfast, have a coffee or a drink or ice cream.  5) You can buy and take some biological products at home, like olive oil, dryed herbs and marmalade. 6) Located just outside town (10  min walk) so you have a peaceful stay but still feeling connected by the amazing view ! 7) Last but not least. Non residents are always welcome to use the pool for free, have a drink or a lovely meal. So i am an enthusiastic customer and will certainly come back !

A Greek treasure in Lesvos, Μolyvos

Went on a walk from Molyvos to Eftalou, intended to have lunch at Eftalou but sadly no Tavernas.  On way back came across the Diamanti. What a Find! The family are so friendly and welcoming,  food beautiful,  all home cooking and all organic home grown vegetables,  fruit,  olives etc, also use of there swimming pool if u want. Open evenings also. Will definitely be returning here.
