Great location close to beach and town - be aware this is Mykonos with many steps to get access, and noisy at night with music and late night revellers from time to time !! Spacious clean apartment with a nice shared balcony overlooking port and town. Comfortable bed and good airconditioning and smart TV.
Otherwise the whole place a bit tired and needing attention to detail.
Wifi very poor and kept dropping signal.
Small basic kitchen with most of what you need, but no plug anywhere - had to plug the kettle in next to the bed. One bedside lamp not working - had to ask for a replacement lamp. The shower has plenty of hot water, but is microscopic and the shower curtain ends 2 feet above the floor so entire bathroom needs mopping up before you can use toilet !  

With small improvements could be so much better

The room had everything needed for our stay, the views were exceptional from our balconies. Pablo the host is a man of wisdom and a very kind one at that.  He showed us all the local places he recommended on his map. He was very informative and friendly at the same time.  Big up the Don - we will be back! 🐐

Great room, even better service

Great location to the Mykonos town only a few steps to Manto Mayrogenous statue  ,clean rooms ,the owner was very friendly and helpful to all our needs.The aircondioting was adequate and i am sure we will visit it again.

We stayed in villa Francesca ||. 
Great location to all the bars and restaurants, great view from the rooms.
The rooms are very basic but had all amenities needed to enjoy our two night stay.
The staff were great help booking us taxis and holding our luggage before check in and after check out.

Great location

The rooms are about 150 meters from the old port, inside mykonos town so you don't need a car (renting and using a car in summer in mykonos roads is a nightmare).They have a great view and the prices compared to other accommodation inside mykonos town are very low. The service was polite and helpful and the room was equipped with all necessary equipment.

Worth it

Me and 3 teenagers stayed here a year ago (apologies for the late review) - out of season - and I found it pleasantly run by a local family, who were extremely helpful in an unobtrusive way - taking all the 'lads' to the beach, giving me some 'explore' time and taking all of us to the airport too; very much appreciated.  Being the oldest i got the best apartment with the fabulous view and roof patio, all to myself.  The rest had to make do....they did ok although I sensed some 'resentment'...but all over and above they appreciated their surroundings and were respectful to Villa Francesca
