We went to Greece at the beginning of October. We were ferrying from Santorini to Mykonos and the ferry was delayed. Before arriving in Greece we had discussed with "Nikos" to have a shuttle from the port to the hotel. However, with the delay, he was not there when we arrived. We were able to find another shuttle to the hotel. Then there was no one around to talk to. He knew we were coming that day but we had no way of contacting him as we did not get an international calling plan and he was not answering our emails. A nice couple let us borrow their cell phone to contact him and he came to meet us 10 minutes later (it was already 7:00 pm). When he got there, he said that he waited at the port all day for us and it was a waste of his time. So he was upset. We explained that we cannot change the ferry schedule and it should have displayed the change in times at the port. We told him what ferry we were taking so he should have been able to track it. None the less, we he took us to a room. He said I left the key in case you guys got in super late so the room was just unlocked. We walked in and the room was quite small. He told us the wifi password and that he would be back tomorrow and left (the property, not just the room). We walked into the room, set our bags on the bed and my husband walked into the bathroom. There was mold all round the shower and taps. There were bugs crawling in the bathroom so I checked the rest of the room and there were bugs everywhere. We again had no way of contacting "Nikos" so we just left and went to a different hotel. As soon as we had wifi at the other hotel, we emailed our travel agent and she emailed photos and videos to Nikos email and asked for a refund. We booked a non-refundable room, we knew that. However, that does not apply when you physically cannot sleep in the room because there is a health risk. We did not go back the next day to talk to him because we had tours booked that took up the whole time he had office hours. All around poor experience and I do not recommend it.  It also does not look like the pictures. The pool is much more run down and the property is not maintained well. Not a pool I would want to sit beside on holidays.

Bugs and Mold!

Niko is a super human.  So kind & accommodating.   I am grateful to have stayed here.  The room was sweet, super clean, quiet & a nice walk to the downtown area.  Hope to meet more people like this man in the world.  The pool is an extra bonus and there is even a hammock to relax in.

Excellent host, kind and friendly. Properties very clean and amazing service. Properties very well placed only 5 minutes from Chora of Mykonos. Quit place with everything you need in proximity(pharmacy,bakery, health centers and others).
I would definitely recommend nikos rooms for an unforgettable experience in Mykonos 

Amazing experience at Nikos rooms at the heart of Cyclades 

It was the best decision for me to go to Niko’s rooms! The location is amazing, place is very cute, and Niko is the best host I could ever have, moreover, he became my friend and I got to know all the main locals of the island! Niko can give you most important suggestions and advices, always ready to help and always asks if you need anything! It was unforgettable stay and I was really fortunate to share my memories with amazing people! 

Amazing location with amazing host! 

We were due to stay there in the coming weeks but due to the pandemic we have had to cancel. The owners have refused a credit and refused a refund . We have lost all our money due to something out of our control. All I can say is the owners are Heartless and greedy . I will never recommend staying here!!!

No refund and no credit!

We booked at hotel last year 2019 before Covid-19.
We are from Australia and in WA the borders are closed so we cannot Travel our booking was for September 4 nights.Asked for a refund or credit as we cannot be there.As it’s non refundable they said we could not get refund nor credit, which was very disappointing as it was out of our hands we weren’t allowed to travel overseas.
Other hotels which were non refundable have given us credits which I can’t see why they can’t .
No compassion whatsoever even to the point of heartless person who declined our request.
Shame on you..

Nikos Rooms was a perfect place for us to stay. Everything was within walking distance and we were away from city noise. We felt very comfortable with the area and Nikos was very hospitable! Highly recommend!

A peaceful Mykonos trip!

Nikos is a very helpful host he come to take for the check in and check out to airport. The room is amazing!  It’s 900 meters from the down town, walking is about 15 - 20 min, but there is bus available to the place. It has also a swimming pool. Totally 5 stars!!!!!!!!

Loved my luxury room

What a lovely guy Nikos is, so friendly and helpful. Accommodation typically Greek and does what is says on the tin😄. Ideal location with easy access to the town.. Swimming pool is perfect for those hot days.. Very Clean rooms.
Will go back soon.

Amazing Stay

Nikos was lovely picked us up from the port and took us to the airport as we left. 
Gave us lots of information on the area.
We were very happy with the room cleaned every day and air conditioning included which was great. 
The pool was very clean would be great if there was a pool bar to buy snacks and drinks but the supermarket was a short walk away. 
The town is about a 15 min walk down hill which was a great walk as see all the beautiful views. 
Obviously the way back is up hill but that was fine burnt off the calories of the food and alcohol that we had in town. 
Can catch bus from town very easily and regular if you don't want to walk. 
Would highly recommend this accommodation
