Sabbia beach bar on the Plati beach is well organised with sunbeds, umbrellas, chairs. There are also some trees for extra shade. It offers drinks and food on the beach and at the bar area which is near a big area with grass. Very good service and helpfull staff. Big parking place. We went on a week day and it was quiet and civilised. No music by the beach. Highly Recommended.

Yet again a great stay at Panorama Plati. This really is the best place to stay on the island. Tarsia and Nicos are so welcoming and are always available to assist. This property is in an ideal location - not too far from the beach and the actual village of Plati - a short walk up the hill near the property.  Rooms are kept very clean every day by the cleaner who always says hello. The property has great views hence the name and has all you need such as kitchem area, bathroom and patios front and back. Do explore the village at night - two great bars which do some great food. Overall,  do not miss out on this great place to stay in Plati. Simon & Helen

Best place to stay on Lemnos

we visited the island for 5 days and really enjoyed  our staying in Panorama hotel. The room was extra clean, spacious and comfortable!!  there is almost nothing missing from the kitchen equipment, the hosts are trully kind and the place near the center of Myrina and some of the best Lemnos beaches (Plati and Thanos)! the view and the quiet of the area will make you never wanna leave the place!Don' t miss it!

Best choice in Lemnos

Let's be honest as the saying goes it is "Horses for Courses". If you're into the all singing, all dancing, all eating & drinking type of resort/venue then this is probably not for you. 
 The 12 unit Panorama studios reflect not only the holiday style of Lemnos in general but Plati in particular, in that they are there, but unassuming, whilst being extremely functional and welcoming. 
  Situated a couple of hundred meters back from the beach and up a walkable but small steep incline off the road up to Plati Village, these apartments offer superb views across Plati Bay over the roof tops below, from the large sea facing balconies each room has. 
 Family owners Tarsia, Soula & Nikolas who live on-site although discrete are always there in the background if needed, not only keeping the rooms meticulously clean and serviced on a daily basis but also the complex in general. Small things make a difference and when last year we asked for some ice to put in the refrigerator prior to our evening arrival, not only did we have the ice but also a small gift of a local Ouzo distilled by their friends along with some olives and cheese. ( It was a special occasion)
 Don't be deceived by your initial glimpse of the complex. These modern apartments more than exceed the requirements of this couple having a large bedroom/sitting area, shower room and a relatively well equipped kitchen which includes a full fridge freezer, microwave, twin hotplates and  automatic washing machine.  Free Air-conditioning, TV, Free Wi-Fi and parking complete the package. 
 Ideally situated in the central Plati Bay area access to local restaurants and bars is easy and walkable, with a number along the coastal road/beach, whilst a short 200m walk up the hill takes you into Plati village with its own venues. If variety is what you want then Myrina which is a 5 minute/5 Euro taxi ride away has a multitude of traditional & modern bars and restaurants, but no multinationals or theme bars.
   This year's (2017) visit in June will be our fourth in five years, and to be honest going back to Panorama is like going back to family.

"Simply the Best"

Nice modern rooms, scrupulously clean, air conditioned, good bedding and Tarsia is a great hostess who will go out her way to look after you. She gets back to email enquiries quickly and is warmly efficient. Cooking facilities are not a full kitchen, but there is a big fridge, hot plate and micro, and with cheap food everywhere, not a great concern. Follow the local riding his donkey down the lane towards the beach for a swim in a pristine bay with very few there (at least in September) and sit on beach lounges under umbrellas where the only charge is the hope that you will buy a drink or some food occasionally (we were never actually asked to do so). At night you walk 400 mtrs up a hill to the village where the locals sit under the enormous tree in the courtyard while the outdoor charcoal rotisserie takes care of some crispy chickens and giro, and the local kids run around with ice creams or play in the square.
This location isn't tourist, but it certainly isn't roughing it either. It is just good accomodation, with good management on a real Greek island. Hope it doesn't become more popular and visit if you want something much quieter and real than the tourist spots.

Beautiful beach or authentic village??

Very comfortable and clean studio, very well maintained. All have a breathtaking view of Plati Bay. The beach is fine sandy and taverns are within walking distance and many other beaches are within a few tens of minutes. Besides, the owners are very kind to us. They were up to wait for us at the ferry dock which was late at 2am to make sure we would find our way to join them.

Aimability and the sun, the view and the sea

When we arrive in Lemnos we are greeted by the very kind Tharsia who as a worthy housewife gives us the honors and provides us with all the information of the case. Very clean apartment and breathtaking view on the Bay of Plati reachable even on foot in a couple of minutes. In the morning it is a pleasure to wake up and be able to have breakfast on the balcony immersed in the quiet and with a beautiful sea view. An analogous speech for the evening where you can admire the sunset without any noise (the apartments are positioned in such a way as to guarantee privacy and silence).

The Oasis of Peace

We were on the island of Limnos in September Little chaos really pleasant We stayed in Plati from the mythical Vroula Tarsia in the panorama studio plates That view on the bay and that sunset!!! Vroula was very nice The studio immaculate, the towels and the sheets had really changed several times a week There was the washing machine and the kitchen equipped INDIMENTIALLY CARA Vroula Tarsia We miss you and Limnos OEA

Oasis of relaxation and the fantastic woman

The house is very simple but with all the comforts, you really appreciate the mosquito nets at the doors and windows! A small bathroom but with window, cooking corner, excellent refrigerator... One defect? We would have liked to find the basic ingredients in the kitchen (oil, sugar, salt)... but it was no problem! Tarcia, the housewife, is a very kind and discreet lady. The house is cleaned every day and is very, very quiet. The beach of Pungilati can be reached on foot in five minutes. And even the village of Plati, with the excellent restaurant, is reached on foot. The view is not spectacular, but one thing is certain: you can see the sea!

Peace and privacy

Our upstairs room had a balcony with a fantastic view of Platy Bay. The studios are furnished in a simple but comfortable way and are full of air conditioning, mosquitopond, washing machine and small kitchen. To emphasize the extreme cleaning of the room, with daily cleaning and changing towels and frequent changing of the bedding. The location is ideal for visiting the island (we rented a car at the airport); also Platyli beach, less than 10 minutes on foot, is very nice as well as the village that deserves an evening visit to the tavern (Ozos) and enjoy a traditional borgo. So we also offer these apartments, absolutely courtesy property.
