We enjoyed our stay at Iliovasilema Studios!

The check in is done at a nearby travel agency called Travel Me to Milos as it isn't formatted as what you would call a "traditional hotel". It's more similar to an Airbnb. After check in, they then offer a complimentary transfer to the hotel. It was all organized and the staff is extremely kind and helpful! 

Our room was on the second floor. Our favorite part was the balcony. As the hotel is located right outside the center of town, we had stunning views of mountains, fields, vegetable patches. So peaceful! 

It's easy to walk into town and even faster if you rent a quad like we did.
Definitely a no-frills hotel. We didn't mind as we spent our days exploring the island on a quad!

Peaceful and Quaint!

It was an amazing trip to Greece! And I think that this hotel one of the best on Milos if you like quiet and privacy. There are not many rooms and all of them have a great sea view and private enter. Our room was on the higher floor with a large terrace and an impressive view. Clean, calm, 5 min to the beach and 10 min to the supermarket and city center, 15 min to the Sarakiniko beach by car. If we talk about the cons, you should rent a car, there is no public transport. There is no reception at the hotel, better to take the administrator's number phone beforehand. No kitchen, but there are many good and cheap restaurants.
You will not regret if decide to stay here:)

Quiet and privacy hotel near the beach with great view!:)

The apartments are close to the beach and you can have breakfast with incredible sea views. Quiet and simple location, comfortable and clean beds. It is highly recommended to rent a car or motorcycle, as it is not easily accessible by public transport (at least not with high frequency) and to move around Milos is essential... It is an ideal place to disconnect, somewhat away from everything, but easily reachable in less than 10 minutes by car.

The experience we had was very poor.
It started from the condition of the room...  remodeled but old with a very loud a/c unit ,
A bathroom that had an odor and impossible to stay comfortably.
We left a day early and they did not refund our money....  we had given full payment two months in advance.
The location was far from everything...

Disappointing experience

It's a very quiet area, relatively far from Adams and Apollonia and only accessible by our own means. We were assigned room number one and it was magnificent. The room had a small breakfast oven, coffee machine, small refrigerator. On the small porch we were having breakfast and we had a couple of dinners. Below the facility, a 5/10 minute walk away, there is a beautiful beach and a delicious inlet with fishermen's houses still inhabited. In 5/10 minutes we reach the main beaches, both north and south.

Quiet location, great view, a little secluded.

We stayed here for twelve days and our judgement is of an excellent accommodation for the sea view (not all the rooms), to be in silence (not always)....and also for the cleaning, it's a shame that there is nothing else to offer you. If we are not organized even for a simple check-in we can't wait for anything else. Since there was an email exchange before, with telegraphic answers from the refrigerator, in which we were notified of our arrival time, unfortunately we didn't find anyone to wait for us. We set out to look for the experience of doing the rooms but nothing, they could have gotten us this and instead only later we found that the reception is in common with the car studios that get us at the beginning of the search for the electrical power station.

It's good for the view, but it's not said and nothing more.

I recently returned from a vacation in Milos. I stayed in this studio in an isolated location halfway between Poland and Adamas. Very relaxing place with a beautiful sea view! Nice room, simple and clean!!! Nice patio with sea view. Very nice owner too and in giving us a late check out. One of the only drawbacks: often the night went out of the power and the refrigerator a little rusty! But overall a great quality/price ratio!!!

Essential rooms with fan and air conditioner (our didn't work) for nothing typical, for a new structure it's a shame because in that position they could have done something simple and typical at the same time.

So much potential

Horrible experience, arrival to a nice cleaning lady but cannot explain anything since she doesn't speak English. There is NO reception, the cleaning lady is the person you deal with most. You must call someone who manages multiple properties if you need anything. We called once at 9:30am and she told us we were waking her up. There were dirty plates in our fridge. The wifi is a small portable one that must be shared with 6 other apartments. It is impossible to get a signal unless you are the lucky one to have it in your room, and even then, the signal is very very low. The location has a nice view but is in between any major town. If you want to go anywhere, you must catch the bus (comes every 3 hours only). There are no rentals anywhere close, you must catch a cab (15-20€ rip off) to go to the main city, Adamas, where there are plenty. We had to change the room the last night, and ended up having to wait around for the cleaning lady to show up to give us the key to the next room. She didn't show up at the time she was supposed to so, it was disorganized to say the least and we wasted our morning waiting around when we had our full last day planned. Milos is a great island but highly recommend staying somewhere in Adamas, the town is not too busy or loud, very easy bus connections if you need any or easy access to rentals, restaurants, travel agencies.

Loved it. very cheap.  5-8 minutes to the main Pollonia town. Big studios with a large bed. kitchen corner with fridge and sink and all kitchen ware. clean and efficient bathroom (bring your own shampoo and body soap). AC and wifi work perfectly. the bed is makes some noise but its alright. AC a bit annoying too cold or not enough. Amazing terrace with a cute table to spend the evening. Bad point is that there is no sea or sunset view. Very calm and relaxing surroundings. The owner lady came everyday to clean. I loved Pollonia much nicer than Adamas. Its a smaller cosier version with better restaurants, cheaper stuff, and everything you need (market, pharmacy, car rentals etc). If you're in Milos to relax and wind off, go there and rent a car!
