Pros:
We had a pleasant stay at one of the private guest rooms. The host was very welcoming and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed as well as giving us great recommendations for things to do. The air conditioning was great, which was very important as it was over 38 degrees celcius outdoors. The room was clean and nicely decorated. 
Location was ideal! Parking was easy, only 60m away. The host offered us free drinks and cookies every morning

Cons:
There was a smell of cigarette smoke coming in the room even though we had booked nonsmoking accommodation. It was that strong we had to open the window to let fresh air through. 
In the bathroom, there were water marks around the jacuzzi and mold on the top of tiles at eye level. Some sockets were unsafe; when pulling the plug out, the socket housing came out with the plug.

Pleasant stay for the price

This small house recently renovated contains app. 6 rooms, very nice decorated and clean. One suite is big with four windows and view on the city. One suite has windows but no view from the room but a nice terrace on the rooftop (choose it during the summer). The owners are very friendly. No breakfast. Nauplia (the historical center) is a small city. The location is in the very center.

Well designed house

Stayed here one night. A great find and would definately stay again or recommend. The suite was large, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The views were wonderful with 5 large picture windows overlooking the bay on one side and the Palamidi on the other. Very little noise and shutters to keep from waking up too early! Lots of hot water and good heating. It has a very homely feel and the breakfast was very tasty.

Lovely rooms

I booked this place because another hotel had filled up and it turned out to be the best thing.  I stayed in room number 3.  The hotel manager called me before my arrival to see if I needed anything prior.  When you arrive in Napflio, you sort of follow the road that hugs the coast and she directed me to park at the very top.  There are two parking lots, so she told me to bypass the first and to head to the top.  I parked and she was waving at me from 20 feet away.  It was perfect.  I rolled my luggage down the pedestrian street and I was there.  She showed me to my room, each room is unique.  It was spacious, had a view of the sea that was to die for and a jacuzzi tub.  Now mind you, I just booked what was available so this was just spectacular.  She immediately put me at ease when she told me that she would never wake me.  She told me that when I woke up, she would bring me the kind of coffee I wanted (latte!) and cake and cookies.  I seriously had cake by the ocean this trip!  She gave me restaurant recommendations that were very good and told me about the night club and how to book a VIP table, she could not have been more helpful.  My daughter and I enjoyed the location and enjoyed her recommendations.

So happy!

The room was clean, quiet (you can't hear noise from adjacent rooms or traffic but if you have noisy people above you may hear them), the staff are friendly and speak English well. Bed is very comfortable and internet speed slower than average.
Location is good and central and I'd recommend directing your taxi to Hotel Victoria and it's 1 minute walk from there at the top of the steps.
The shower is above a jacuzzi and there's no curtain but if you're careful you'll get little water on the floor. Rooms 1,2,3 are down steep stairs and these rooms may have noisy people above, so to avoid these issues ask for rooms 4,5,6.

good accommodation

Located in the upper Napflio (very nice and quiet neighborhood); the centre of the city with shops, restaurants, cafes and monuments is just few steps below.
Charming place, accurately decorated and refined. Comfortable rooms (I was given the one downstairs on the left), very clean and well equipped.
The price is absolutely appropriate.
All-girl managing staff kind and attentive -always happy to offer you cookies and coffee.I can only compliment them!

Palazzo Rooms: stay comfortably and enjoy Napflio.

This is a charming little pension in a great location in the old town of Nafplio.  The staff was most helpful and friendly.  Parking is available just a short walk from the pension.  Il Palazzo was a wonderful base from which one can explore this enchanting town.  We booked our 3 night stay directly through the il Palazzo website by direct email.  This was much easier to do than dealing with the various hotel booking websites.  

Charming Pension!

Nafplio is all about the view, so when you are choosing a place to stay do extra research where your windows or balcony are facing. 
We chose not only a hotel but also a room Camera 6 because of the beautiful terrace. 
The view is breathtaking and completely non obstructed. It is nice and quite location in the old city and the old church will let you know with its bells what time is it. 
The room itself is nicely furnished and stylish. A bit dark inside as allthe widows are facing the wall. But we used it only to cool down after we come back from our day travels (air conditioning strong)
Light breakfasts with coffee and cookies is provided, but if you want more, just buy some bread and cheese in the supermarket and enjoy it on your private terrace:) 
For a small hotel - the WiFi signal is very strong (in our room) 
If you are coming with the car, there is big free public parking within 100 meters
