Rooms are NOT what they look like! Ripped curtains, blocked sink, toilet didn't flush but the worst was the customer service. Rude and offensive. The customer is NOT right! But they did have air condition.

We have stayed here a few times over the last 8 years - easy to find, handy to harbour carpark (even if it sometimes takes a couple of 'drive arounds' to find a spot), tavernas and old town. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and from what we have found, most rooms have balconies. Breakfast is good, with fresh orange juice if desired. Small problem on checkout this time even though credit card details given months before when booked - we had to wait almost 1/2 hour to have our payment 'processed' and add a signature when we needed to head off and drive to Monemvasia. Would stay again though - a minor hiccup.

Great place and location

The location was great, right in the heart of Napflio. Close to restaurants, shopping and sites.With that comes noise though..we had 4 rooms and 2 of them were on located where there was music below tat actually vibrated into the rooms along with loud music late at night. The management were nice people. The breakfast was below average for what I have experienced elsewhere in Napflio for the same price. More of a continental than full breakfast with very small variety. We almost checked out on day 2 of our 3 night stay as there was no hot water to shower with, but the problem was resolved when we complained. The price is fair but I won't stay there again.

Nice, clean and with super stylish balconies room overlooking some cute streets. 
Really friendly staff, amazing location, tasty breakfast..  all this is worth recommending!

Really cool hotel to stay for a quick getaway!

A clean, neat and well appointed room.  Nice balcony with view of courtyard and church.  The staff was very friendly and accommodating.  The hotel is situated in a good location on the edge of the core of the city. Good access to walking, jogging path just one block from the water.  Parking can be a challenge in the harbor area but we were able to find a space without too long of a wait.  The breakfast could use some improvement - would be great to include fresh fruit, yogurt.  Nevertheless a good value in a lovely city.

We booked a triple room and on our arrival were given a double room with a bed crammed next to ours were they expected my 14 year old to sleep. Owner was absolutely rude and said that was our room. Moved us the next day because we complained to a triple room, with no apology or remorse. The only thing nice about that hotel was Ms Voula who made our breakfast and cleaned our room.

Family holiday

Attic is very good for families, Excellent Breakfast, Good bed for the kid. However, You will need to go up 3 flights of stairs. I Recommend that in this hotel, bring a little bit of luggage.
I  enjoyed my stay a lot.  

Good place in Napflion

This friendly hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old town. The view from the balcony was lovely. The room was clean and one of the larger rooms during my trip. Unfortunately the bathroom door was broken which wasn't too much of a problem, but there was a feeling that the place could do with a little bit of care. I woke up with a slightly stiff neck the first morning and found more comfortable pillows in the cupboard. The breakfast was very nice and a great deal of care was given to personalising it.

Perfect location

PROS: 
location: perfect !!! in old town, near the water and shore lane with palm trees 
staff: nice and friendly (thanks, Ivanela !)
the room: overall, ok; big enough and clean; the view from our room was wonderful 
bathroom: clean and functional (needs some little repairs to be done)
breakfast = tasty and fulfilling, very friendly and welcoming breakfast lady (efcharisto poly, Ioula ! - sorry if I got the name wrong)

CONS:
the room is in need of a few repairs and updating !!! (this was actually a disappointing surprise)
the balcony: the wooden blinds were broken, cracked, badly peeled; the railing was way too rusty
the room: tv and mini-fridge are a joke; no phone, or clock; the door didn't stay shut (only locking it with the key)

I think they started renovating though. The ground floor, with the reception and breakfast area, looks updated and recently renovated, with nice artistic touch, very cozy and pleasant. With some TLC, this cozy hotel could become a real gem.

perfect location with great potential

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Room was nice but bathroom very tired and shower and shower curtain mouldy!! A bit off putting. We stayed in room 203 and the hairdryer didn't work!! Breakfast was very basic continental. Nafpolio was a beautiful place and will definitely return.
