I stayed 8 nights at the Alsos Studios and I was completely satisfied. The room is not very spacious but for sleeping it's more than good. Clean environment, which is not to be taken for granted, with towel change done every two days or every day. I appreciated the fact that the owners accompanied me both on the way and on the way back from the apartment to the port. The place is a 5-minute walk from Naxos in an unpaved street, next to it is a small park and for those who do not rent the bus stop is really close. I would definitely return there.

Small room but great overall

good points..the owner picked us up and send us to the port, and he seemed nice.
bad points...the building was not what I saw online, and there was not sign and when I put the name of the accommodation on google map, it indicates somewhere else. basically we are left alone, and though there was a desk on the 1st floor, but there never was a person we can ask, and though i asked a question to them on line, I did not get an answer. TV did not work. Later we learned the owner's son was in the same building, but he never was visible. So we were confused. the building itself was not so nice as i saw on line.
Other things were fine, but I was just puzzled.

We were supposed to be staying somewhere else but instead we were sent here.
We got taken from the port by the owner and to the room, which was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The owner made sure we had what we needed and was willing to answer any questions. There was a good sized bathroom, small kitchen area and balcony. 
In the morning we met the wife of the owner who was very lovely. She called her husband who took us back to the port. We tried to give him some money for the journey but he refused. Lovely couple, lovely place... would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay!

I loved this stay. The location was ideal for me! It's just slightly off the beaten path (so quiet & relaxing) but still close to everything. I had a lovely courtyard (with lots of shade) to use right outside my front door, a kitchen to prepare meals, both indoor and outdoor tables to enjoy my meals at, daily housekeeping (which is incredibly thorough), and really kind and accommodating owners that offer transfers to & from their place. Thanks Angela, for a great stay!

Great Little Guethouse

We spent nine nights in this studio. And perfectly positioned, the bus stop to the sea, the overpass and the pastry shop are 50 meters from home. The center is 10 minutes' walk away (attention the streets have no sign of the name except a few and the first night we lost ourselves), the structure is quiet, as the road where it is positioned is not open to traffic. The ns room 8 was on the second floor, certainly not very big and sometimes it was difficult to move, but still equipped with a closet with a small kitchen corner, a very comfortable double bed, the bathroom was sufficiently wide, terrace, air conditioned, table.

Nine nights in Naxos

We stayed for 3 nights in a room, quite large with kitchen (not used) and bathroom. The sheets are changed every day. The location is sufficient: 5 minutes walk from the first restaurants, 10 minutes from the port, close to the main road. Very pleasant welcome, the manager waited for us at the port and even took us there at 6 am.

Good quality/price ratio and welcome

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the main waterfront, to St. George's beach, walking about for about 10 minutes. Next to St. George's beach is another beach - small, cozy and uninhabited, we liked it more, we went there. In walking distance (10 minutes from the hotel) there are several supermarkets with a huge selection of sauces, vegetable-fruit sauces, sausages, etc. For us, this is basically because we have always wanted to cook the dishes ourselves.

Reviewing anything is tricky because a lot comes down to expectations beforehand.
Studios Alsos are in a great location only a few minutes (10 minutes stroll) into the waterfront and the same to St Georges beach.
Locally there is a great bakery (not the closest one but the one around the corner on the main street near the pharmacy and hosptal) and the local market store is handy also.
The beach buses are 2 minutes away.

The rooms probably vary in size and we had 2 different ones. Someone said they were big - ours wasn't. Petite and efficient comes to mind.
They are kept really clean as is the whole house. The little balcony we had wasn't really a lot of use for anything but up stairs on the roof is all you could need.
A large covered area with outdoor chairs and table, a wonderful view of the town and surrounding area and a cooling breeze. Just perfect for a wind down and prepare yourself for the next adventure.

All this at a reasonable price. If you want something flash then pay more and get a bigger place.
If you want good value, clean rooms with a friendly accommodating host then this is for you.

We were here 10 nights and didn't regret it, we would come back.

Value for money and great location

We just stayed at Alsos Studios for a month in September and as expected it was fantastic. Good sized rooms, well-equipped, good a/c, good wi-fi, always spotless and a bonus lovely rooftop terrace with a bbq in case you want to watch the sunset and grill some meats. What a great view! We usually stay at Stratos Studios (their other establishment at St George beach) but Studios Alsos were just as good and only a few more minutes walk from the port. As usual the pick-up and drop off to/from the port was provided with a smile. This completes 6 months of us staying with these wonderful hosts and we're planning our trip back next summer. Love Naxos, and no better place to stay than here.

Rooms not too large but excessively clean, strategically positioned for commuting to the two bus stops in both directions and to a nearby market.Sustained and cleaned every day structure, changing sheets every two alternates to change towels.The owner arrives at the port and accompanies you to the structure with his vehicle and also assists you on the return.
