We spent two weeks in September and really felt like family. From this place we really enjoyed everything!! The location is very comfortable in the center, but in a very quiet position, with private parking and the possibility of getting out easily to reach the various beaches or the center of the island. Also in the vicinity there are just all the amenities, all kinds of shops from fish shops to other fruit shops, numerous ovens, hardware store, a large A&B supermarket, and the hospital. The lounge is very nice, with well-attended kitchen, balcony with bathrooms and shops, comfortable beds and pillows, a new bathroom with glass tent and not a simple bathroom, all kinds of bathroom products provided by its exclusive bathrooms, beautifully furnished with a new bathroom and served you every day, and you also need to go to the hotel.

You're a star at this hotel, and then... it's like family!

A spacious studio on the 3rd floor with 2 terraces, 10 minutes from the center of Chora and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Agios Georgios, lovely guests who do everything they can to please you: explanations using an island plan of everything possible on your arrival, a small dej top buffet (salted and sweet), on-site car hire service, daily cleaning of the studio, changing sheets and towels every two days.

An extra place to live in Naxos for at least a week

Sometimes, in this life, we are lucky enough to find special people, simple, educated, and close-knit: this is what happens with the family that runs the Fragias Hotel. The apartments are super clean and have everything you need and if you need anything else you just have to ask for it. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink. The room is cleaned every day and towels and sheets are changed every other day. The area is quiet and safe and within 10 minutes walking distance you are in the center. It is close to two supermarkets and a bus stop to move around Naxos. In the reception you will be informed of what you need. This is our third year in Naxos and thanks to them we have opened a reception and places that we have never seen before and loved. The hotel also has a family-owned restaurant, which works in a very good way, and in a very good way.

Hotel excelente

We got together very well, the room is very nice, the room is large and very clean, towels and sheets changed, really good accommodation at a great price on the island of Naxos.

Great stay in Naxos

The hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from the city centre but in a very quiet area and 300 metres from the hotel there is a large supermarket. The staff are very kind and available to provide all kinds of information. On arrival/departure, by ferry, they provide for the transport to and from the port. Very good breakfast both sweet and salty with some homemade sweets. Large, comfortable room, with all amenities: air conditioner, TV, wifi, refrigerator, corner cooking, bedside table outside).

An extremely warm and family friendly welcome, well-equipped, clean, bright housing... Breakfast houses are delicious... well located close to the city... What a positive thing!! We will return there.... I highly recommend

It's perfect!

The photos on Trip Advisor and other booking websites are over-processed, even the "traveler" photos - they do not reflect the reality. The real rooms are dark, with poor light and with views to an inner yard. We wanted to cancel the booking when we arrived and saw the reality, but we were offended and threatened with police when they learned that we want to leave. I was even sequestrated and locked with my minor son in their basement restaurant, to stop us leaving!!! My wife called the police, but until the police came they unlocked us, but after that they continuously threatened and harassed us constantly with phones, text messages and Instagram messages! They even stalked my son on Instagram and wrote him!!! We have video recording from all these events, we have all the messages and threatens, so we will press charges in all the possible ways. 

Misleading photos, unfriendly guests, poor location. Was threatened and locked in when we decided to cancel!

What can I say that already has not been covered. We wanted a local experience for a month, we needed somewhere we could escape and feel at home. Fragias Delivered so much more. We became part of a very special family who we loved and were very sad to say good bye. Despoina and her family, Lina & Maria made every day a wonderful experience of which we will keep in our hearts forever.

Aside from the Fragias family and their kind hearts, highlights for us were the beautiful rooms, friendly neighbours, the breakfast, meeting other guests, change of sheets every 2 days, short walk to St George Beach and Old Town, fantastic sleep every night and the Fragias attitude that nothing is a problem... If we wanted a chopping board or some sugar then it appeared immediately.

Fragias is highly recommended, not for 1 or 2 nights but for at least 2 weeks where you become immersed in the peaceful world of Naxos Island. Highly recommended. 

Greek Escape

I've been in this facility for two days and I couldn't find a defect even if I worked so hard to find it. Everything is wonderfully perfect, rooms are very clean, close to the city center but not too close, which allows for a great quality of sleep and breakfast S T R E P I T O S A!!! The staff are of disarming kindness, they came to my aid in a time of difficulty and they did it with sincere kindness and willingness. I can only thank you all for the wonderful experience, in the hope of seeing you soon.

Certainly the best welcome we received during our 15 days in the different islands of the Cyclades. Despoina and her family welcomed us with immense kindness and precious advice. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean and quiet. Do not hesitate a second and enjoy this pearl.
