This place was incredible! I stayed here while I was in Naxos June 2022 and really enjoyed myself. Clean, well decorated, and the hosts are SO hospitable! They gave me excellent recommendations on where to eat, beaches they love, and how to get around the island. The room was so beautiful and I spent so much time out on the balcony. It is on a quiet street (at least it was quiet when I was there early in the season, mid June), just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. It is also right by the agios giorgios, but I preferred other beaches in Naxos. I definitely recommend staying here! The only thing that was a slight downside was that there was no shower curtain so water got onto the floor when showering. Other than that, absolute perfection staying at this place. Cannot emphasize how incredibly kind and welcoming the family is that runs this place. Thank you again! 

Just fyi, I actually booked Helen Studios via Airbnb but was still traveling without wifi at the time the review period expired, so I wasn't able to leave them a review on that site, but I felt they deserved a positive review here :) 

A beautifully decorated and hospitable place. Perfect for solo travelers or couples!

the room was exactly the one in the picture. Everything was sparkly clean. the room is very spacious and is fully equipped with everything you’ll ever need in a holiday! the hosts are very nice and ready to help! the location is close to everything: 2-3 mins to the beach, 2 mins to supermarket, couple of minutes of every good restaurant and 10 mins walk from the port. Thank you very much for everything and we hope that we were also good guests for you! See you soon my new friends!

just perfect

Since  30 years we stay in this Studio. First  with  the wonderfull owner  Helena, now with her son michalis.its like to come home  always.  Situated near Georgia beach. But  not far from the paralia.michalis fakes you from airport or Port.  And tries   to fullfill all your wishes

Sweet home

We were really disappointed when we were offered a different accommodation from the one we booked. We were told that for one night someone else was still in “our” room. The owner is also operating some rooms across the street and the building is not renovated since the 90s- at least. That is were we were out for the first night. That room was significantly lower value than the one we booked. Owner did not offer any compensation. Communication with him is  also not seamless, as he does not pick up the phone most of the time. He does call back though at some point. On the flip side, the second room was very clean. The pictures have nothing to do with the place though, nothing inside the room resembles the pictures. Especially the bathroom. The little fountain that you can see on the pictures is from the Naxos Resort next door which you can see from the balcony. Also, apart from the room swapping, the room was ok in terms of value for money- just got to know what to expect!

We stayed at Helen studios for 14 nights with our 1 year old baby. 

Actually we had a pretty bad start here, because when we arrived, tired after travelling from Norway with a baby, they told us the room was not ready until the day after! The reason they gave us was that the recent guests had been in a motorcycle-accident and were not able to move when they were suppose to. We felt sorry for the poor and hurt guy, so we approved to stay at a room close by just for one night (who was terrible). They also promised that the room should be ready the next morning. When we came the next morning at the time we were told, the room was still not ready! Now they told us that the recent guests "fall asleep" so they did not left in time. We sat outside waiting for the room to be ready, and then we met the "poor guy in a motorcycle accident". Yeah, he was obviously totally FINE, and we are pretty sure the room was double booked.  

But whatever, we got the room in the  end, and it was absolutly beautiful! It is in the third floor though, so you should not have problem with stairs. But it was so worth it; it had a nice view, big balcony, very clean, space enough for a babycot, close to the beach, good price, and the service was excellent! So, bad start, but still they deserve 5 stars! 
(PS: this is the superior room with seaview, the other rooms did not have the same standard)

Superior room with seaview is wonderful

The room was value for money, precisely what you pay for. The location was great especially if you want to avoid the noise of the city centre / port. The staff were really helpful provided information about the islands, advice us to avoid / select locations but more importantly, every request has been quickly resolved.

Lovely accomodation! Value for money!

We stayed in the superior studio that was NOTHING like the images displayed on the sites. The once renovated room was now abandoned, dirty and without any decoration at all like on the photos. Among others the pillows and blankets were dirty with white sweat stains, we couldn't use any single glass, spoon or dish from the cupboards simply because they were disgusting. The fridge itself was dirty inside. There was no one at the front desk and every time we needed something we had to call repeatedly the owner and waiting for him for hours in the room before he appeared. The old bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and hard with big sinking holes on both sides. When we asked the owner for a solution he came the next day and just flipped the dirty mattress!! - which of course didn't change a thing. We had to put several blankets on the mattress in order to be able to sleep at night without pain. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Misleading photos

We booked a superior room for 2 adults we got stuck in a family room. The entire place was nothing like the images that were shown, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't the best the shower pressure was non existent and the hot water come and went. It's. It run very well, no on at the desk to ask questions. We had a ferry to catch at 3pm and were told to be out of the room by 11. No one come by to collect the key, no where to store our bags until we waited for the boat. Our host gave us his number but we didn't have a phone to call on so we were stuck and in a pickle. Super unorganised and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
