We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Kallithea Hotel. We arrived slightly late, the host was waiting to meet us. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room, great air con, powerful hot shower. Very clean. Clean towels every day and beds made up. Large balcony. Huge double bed and large sofa bed(a bit hard). We could have done with a bit of space for storing food and a few more clothes hangers but hey that's just a little thing, not worth worrying about! Extremely clean. Great views of sunset from rooftop solarium. 10 min walk to Agia Ana Beach but we hired scooters anyway. Extremely good value for money.

Beautiful, Clean, Modern. Lovely Host

The hotel is very new with a nice pool area just lacking a few basic things. On arrival to the hotel there was no clear signs to reception which would be helpful. The room was very modern and stylish a good size with a powerful shower, just felt like it wasn't very clean. The bed sheet was awful felt like paper and cheap which I've since read on many other reviews. But had soft pillows and the bed wasn't the best. The hotel needs to invest in some soft bedsheets and towels which is a basic need in a hotel! It's a shame because to look at the room is really nice and obviously alot of money has been spent on it. 

The pool area is nice just alot of ants and flys around and again not sure how clean the pool was, never saw it being cleaned and no chemicals in it. An idea would be to maybe serve lunch food and drinks/ice lolly's in the hotel, which we would have made use of as quite a walk in the midday sun to restaurants when sat around the pool. The location is a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and bus stop quite alot of people hired cars but we decided not too. It's abit of a walk especially in the heat if I had known I don't think we would have booked. 

I feel the hotel is lacking in customer service, I emailed twice after booking asking about buses and had no response. We ended up calling the hotel when we were in Koufonisia but the lady didn't speak good English and we said we would email which we finally got a response. Also on the email confirmation it stated they would take a deposit which they didn't and again I emailed and heard nothing. 

The lady on reception spoke little English so there was no advice on arrival, map about the island or offering breakfast like the other hotels we stayed in whilst island hopping. It seemed abit unorganised! Comparing it to the other 2 accommodation we stayed in island hopping this lacked the friendly welcome and standard of cleanliness. I feel like this hotel has alot more potential if it just worked on the basics but for the price you can't really complain as its cheap for Agia Anna! 

New Modern Hotel 

We are exciting with this Hotel! Amazing view-especially during 🌅Very good location with parking. Only 10 minutes by car from the port and Naxos Town. Also 10 minutes by feet from the sea ! New rooms in Cycladic style-a sense of island life with daily cleaning. The big surprise was the hidden lighting of the room,just stunning😍Not forget to mention that a big swimming pool waits for you under your balcony.! You will really enjoy your stay🙂 
-The only drowback was that the room doesn’t offer hair dryer and shampoo-shower gel.

a great little hotel run by a really friendly family.  communication in English is unfortunately a bit difficult.  but just use a google translator and translate to greek.  every one of our wishes was met.  the rooms were very clean, as was the entire hotel area.  please make sure to book one of the new rooms or be prepared for a facility from the 80s.  but everything was very well maintained.  Shower water pressure was excellent.  we felt extremely comfortable and would recommend this hotel to anyone for a good price.

Great little Hotel

1- when we arrived we found it was studios , not a true hotel ..which is managed by only one lady which is responsible for everything
2- she told us our rooms was not empty and she offered us another room which was 5 steps underground , opens directly on the street and no wifi 
3- lots of mosquitos and cockroaches
4- the studio was 2 rooms + bathroom and kitchen facilities
5- the location was about 1 km from the main village of agia anna ( u have to walk )
6- at check out she needed the card number which was not available with me , we talk about 1 hour to check out

value for money

The hotel is as advertised; clean rooms, good view, WiFi, parking. Additional to that you'll find; very friendly staff, spacious and nice rooms, stable (and unexpectedly fast) WiFi. Minus is the distance from beach (about 10-15 min walking). Definitely would stay again!

Very good

First of all the room was tiny and old. However, the thing bothered us more was the inconsistency of the owner. She told us she would give us another room in a few days but she didn't because of no reason when we reminded her. She told us she would have a baby chair avaliable which she did a couple days after arriving. Room service was also awfull and one day she just said she forgot to do a simple change of towels we had specifically asked her. It is not a pleasant thing seeking for room service 9 pm after a day out. And imagine that we had an overpriced booking of 90 euros per day. Our friends stayed elsewhere same period for 50 euros. Finally, it's far away from the sea so one definately need a car. So it is not recommended.
