Very Clean rooms with renovated bathroom. Balcony with nice view of the beach and the pool.

Good quality beach is just 5 minutes walk.
Parking spots available. 
Lidl supermarket is also 5 mins away.
Main street in front of the hotel, but when you close the windows you can barely hear anything.

Owners were friendly and nice.

In general we liked our stay, we will visit this place again.

Close at the beach

Simply put, the owners are a total delight, nothing is too much trouble, they genuinely seem like they are there to make your stay wonderful.  Location is perfect 5 mins stroll to the beautiful beach with bars restaurants and harbour.  5 min walk to a larger supermarket with everything you need.  Swimming pool is great for the kids too.  Having a little kitchen really helps out too, a quick trip to the supermarket and we were sorted for the week.  Breakfast and lunch at the apartment then out to one of the many nice restaurants in the evening.

We had 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2 room apartment and it can feel quite cramped, but we had 2 balconies so could enjoy a fab view and sit out at night.  The kitchen could have a few more utensils, like a sharp knife, but really it was a god send with a family to be able to make a light lunch!  The curtains don’t quite cover the whole window so a lot of light gets in but really that wasn’t a huge problem.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely try and get back again soon!

A great place to stay

This hotel is located on the main road ... which means ... Noisy.  The day.  The night.  Don't expect to relax around the small swimming pool (don't be fooled by the nice pictures on the web), the noise is there.  Nothing relaxing.  Beach is on the other side of the street.  Rooms are basic and not comfortable beds.  Disappointing experience, whatever the price is.

On the main road ...

As a change we stayed self catering but wanted a pool. The pool is lovely even if our weather was varied. Our kitchen area was very compact but we managed and enjoyed the fun. There is an easy walk to both the beach and restaurant and harbour area. We had a good boat trip to Thassos and drove round the island. 
Our rooms were clean, the sheets and towels changed regularly by more than enthusiastic staff. We were regularly given a little treat when sitting by the pool from the lady of the husband and wife team. 
Self catering is easy with a Lidl nearby. 
Certainly recommend and it looked like kitchen areas in end rooms were more spacious. 
We had lovely balcony overlooking pool and out to sea. There is quite a noisy rood in between. Single lane each way. Can’t hear at night when all closed up!

Great Stay, Lovely People!

Stop down by the beaches and pier area in Kavala.  Wonderful fresh seafood and locals to watch.  The hills of the city shoot right up off the coastline with beautiful views driving in.  The old structures,  the people on the streets, and the sea breeze,  take you back to a time when people sat down and enjoyed talking.

A stop for a board walk and lunch

A nice hotel in NEA Iraklitsa. Located on 5 min walk distance to the beach. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, equipped with kitchenette, table, chairs, hair dryer and air conditioners. It also had sea view and two balconies. Bathroom was nice. The room was cleaned every day. The hosts were extremely friendly with us. They even gave small presents to our daughter. The only thing I disliked was that the hotel is next to the road and it's a bit noisy when you sleep with open window.

This hotel is near the sea and has a very nice swimming pool,garden and is a very clean.the people who running this is very polite and friendly,I stay there for 15 nights me and my family (5)they're very happy and we will come again in the future,price wise was very very good,we are happy,,the sea is very clean and the food very nice,after all all locals come here,is a place for the families.

Holiday

I had to make several phone calls to the mobile of the owner to ask if my reservation was valid. The reason to do this was an e-mail saying that my card had been declined.!! I had to contact also my bank to understand if there was a problem with my credit card. Obviously there was nothing, but no matter this my reservation wasn't confirmed, nieghter canceled and we remained for two days without a clear answer if we can start our travel or is better no. The only answer was "it might be, I am not sure, but you come, no problem". When I hear the phrase NO PROBLEM WOW lights on-there is something fishy. And obviously my sixth sense didn't lie. The hotel was fully booked, but they didn't want to admit and the idea was to accomodate us in a different hotel again their property. Which I didn't accept since the conditions didn't suit us at all.
Thanks to the fast reaction from Booking.com the answer was clear, that there wasn't free rooms, so luckily we didn't start and my credit card wasn't charged because we didn't go. And we didn't have the upset to understand in the last moment that we have no place to sleep. Very incorrect manner.
