TERMS OF RESERVATION 1. Check in time 15.00 Check out time 11.00 Departure until 18.00 is charged 50% of overnights. Departures beyond 18.00 charged throughout NIGHT. For each extra person not declared during booking the hotel charges 20 euro / night. Infants under 2y old stay for free. 2.The reservation is valid as long as deposited an advance equal to -30% of the total cost of stay for the refundable plan -100% of the total cost of stay for the non-refundable plan by bank transfer or directly to the company or by credit/debit card. Reservations not confirmed in writing or the deposit not paid within 3 working days expire and the owner has the right to release the room. Non-refundable plan is discounted pricelist and is a special deal based on payment and in no case affects the quality of our services. 3.In case of cancelling refundable plan the following applies If cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival advanced payment is refundable. For cancellations later or in case of no-show the advanced payment amount will be charged as cancellation fee. In case of early departure the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining days. In case of no show the owner has the right to withhold the deposit and to release the room. Non refundable plan is a special offer pricelist. In case of cancellation or no-show the 100% of the total payment will be charged as cancellation fee. 4.Sunbeds and beach umbrellas are free to use in front of the hotel area for reasons of fair competition between local firms, otherwise the hotel has the right to prohibit the use by the customer. 5.Free WiFi in hotel areas. Please request the password during check-in. 6.Pets allowed with charge. Please check pet policy on our website 7.Customer personal data remains confidential and is only used to complete the booking unless requested by the Authorities for purposes of control and security. The customer\'s email address may be used by the company for communication and information purposes. 8.Pricelist includes all taxes except climate fee (Law 5073/2023 at 1,50 euro/night) 9.Terms and conditions may change at any time and apply both during booking and during stay.
