TERMS OF RESERVATION 

1. Check in time 15.00

    Check out time 11.00

Yes we need time to clean properly. Yes you can check in earlier if the room is ready. Yes you can stay longer if possible, just pay the night. No we don't have a magic wand to have everything ready in a blink of an eye, we are simple working people.

2.The reservation is valid as long as the payment is complete and we both get the confirmation mail.Yes we get the same mail. No we cannot keep the room for you until you check your other options.

3. Cancel refundable plan more than 21 days before arrival you get your money back. Cancel less than 21 days you lose your money and we end up with an empty room trying to sell it again last minute. 

Cancel non refundable plan, we are sorry but you took your risk before booking. That is why it's called non refundable and has extra discount.

4.Sunbeds and beach umbrellas are free to use in front of the hotel area for reasons of fair competition between local businesses. You use it, you bring it back. 

5.Free WiFi in hotel areas. Please request the password during check-in.

6.Pets allowed with charge. An alligator is not a pet. Please check pet policy on our website. 

7.Customer personal data remains confidential and is only used to complete the booking unless requested by the Authorities for purposes of control and security. The customer\'s email address may be used by the company for communication and information purposes.

8.Pricelist includes all taxes except climate fee (Law 5073/2023 at 2 euro/night). Please take care of your bill during check in.

9.Terms and conditions may change at any time and apply both during booking and during stay. Any attempt at defamation, disinformation and vilification of the hotel following the departure of the customer involves all statutory penalties.
