We've stayed here for second time in July 2022, unfortunately platform doesn't allow us to leave review older than one year.
Martha is fantastic host, one of the rare one. She will try to fulfill every expectation you might have, and in the same time not to overwhelm you, very well aware that you are here for vacation and rest. 
This accommodation is intended for the families and without noise, for perfect relax. There isn't even close neighbors properties, so take your time and enjoy.

Best place to stay on a calm beach, never overcrowded

The best place we have ever visit. Martha and her family are super friendly and make us feel at home. The villa is quiet, green, cozy and beautiful. The room have a breathtaking view. The beach is in front with sand and crystal clear water.   We are living our dreams here.  We have our summer holidays here for the last 3 years and we will come back again for sure next 3 years☀️

Heaven on earth☀️

It was relaxing and enjoyable. Very impressed with the villa, the place, atmosphere, and the staff has been so friendly. Martha, the owner, is so amazing. 
Rooms are very clean. 
The villa is located in a great position, with big backyard and right to the beach. 
Beach is ideal for relaxing, with amazing sand and clean water. 
It was our pleasure to stay in the villa.

Amazing villa

The rooms are dirty, with old furniture, very old household appliances, noisy fridge, impossible to leave it on, black mold in the bath and the kitchen, broken bath cabinet. The outside area is not well maintained - dirty, full of the owners’ old stuff and garbage, very old and bad-looking outside chairs and tables, lawns are not well maintained, etc.. The pictures I attached speak for themselves. On top of it, the sea in this area was not good at all, and the beach was very dirty full of cigarettes, animal feces, remnants of fire etc. And there is a lot of mosquitoes. The owners indirectly asked us what we expect for this low price but it seems the prices in this part of Greece are normally low - we found a much better place at the same price where we moved to continued our 2-weeks vacation in normal conditions. The owners behaved in a very arrogant and rude manner arguing for what was obvious. We had never met so bad attitude in all our 20 or even more summers in Greece. I cannot miss also that the place is very noisy – it is visited by big groups of families drinking in the garden under our windows until late in the night, loud music and speaking. I think there are guests who go there regularly and do not care a lot of the above things. But to all who care, we hope to help them to avoid our experience because it is not pleasant to search for a new place in August with 2 kids when you've just arrived.

Our worst experience in Greece

We were at Martha's apartment for the first time in July 2021., and we will be back again definitely! 
Place is calm even it is pet-friendly, with huge backyard and full of green threes and bushes. It is surrounded with rocks and threes, and looking in to the beach. 
Marta is an excellent host, unobtrusive but always present if you need her, with great advices for exploring the area if you are adventurer!  
Sandy beach is 30 steps away with sand in the water too, sometimes cloudy bc of the winds. When you get there it is extremely spacy and super empty in the middle of July. What more you could ask!

Perfect place for young parents

Since 2014 we travel around Greece. We’ve visited a lot of places around the country and I can tell you for sure - North Greece is the place to stay. There is a lot of greenery there and amazing places to explore. One of those places is villa Papapostolou. 
Second time we come here with the kids and you can sense the relaxation in the air. Small ones feels like home from the second they step on the garden. 
Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. You have everything you need for your comfortable stay - kitchenette to prepare your meals, comfy beds to take long naps, beach in front of the place to enjoy the sun and the sea. 
Kakoudia Beach is picturesque- you have rocks to go snorkelling, crystal clear waters for the kids and an empty beach even during weekends. A few steps away the sand is smooth and you have shallow waters where you can enjoy all day in the sea. 
Martha and George are amazing hosts. Very helpful for everything you need. Martha always has time for a short chat with you, even that you can see her running around with her little ones - a Superwoman!
Highly recommend you Villa Papapostolou. 
Be sure you’ll enjoy a relaxing vacation for you and your kids!

Simply perfect!

We visit  Villa Papapostolou every year and I would highly recommend the property to anyone who prefer staying away from crowds, loud music and traffic.  Excellent location – right on the beach and at the same time not far from shops and restaurants in case you need them.  Very cozy and clean, very friendly and welcoming owners – nothing to complain about. Everything you need to enjoy and share a relaxing, private stay with family and friends is in place.

I recommend this place, the owners are very nice and helpfull. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and very spacious. It's located on a quiet beach. The water is very clean and the surrounding area is great. Free parking. Barbeque place. Kids play area.

Perfect location for a quiet and relaxing vacation

Located close to a beach, with a nice big garden and friendly hosts. Room was large and clean but the decor was oldish, mishmashed and outdated so I'm sorry but I can't say we had a lovely room or whatever. Nice view from the balcony; while sitting there and looking at the wooden balustrade, the palm trees in the garden and the sea in the background, it somehow made me think of...Cuba :))) The bathroom had a shower with a curtain, after showering there was water all over bathroom floor. In short, for those who prefer basic accomodation and don't like to move around too much (i.e. cook, eat, sun bath, swim, sleep etc. in the same place), I suppose it's ok. Some guests were talking loud, a man was looking how his dog was peeing on the garbage bins at the gate, a young couple with a small child had a snack on the beach and left the empty packages there, another couple had a crying girl, I won't say it's a romantic place for couples.

Not what we hoped for

Quiet, intimate recommend for family with small children, friendly owner. Perfect place if you want to avoid typical bar/crowd/white shirt beach. The sand practically is from tiny rocks but you don't need shoes. Clear water.
