The only thing worth is the view. Balcony light is on all night, beds are uncomfortable. Cant sleep from all the music downstairs in the Remezzo bar and this is supposed to be holiday. We returned home more tired than we got here. Hotel staff and Remezzo bar staff are so unfriendly they make you wanna punch them in the face just for the good measure. Never recommending this to anyone.

The view is not worth it.

The accommodation is very clean, all utensils are available, the view is almost perfect (2nd and 3rd floor facing the sea), the cleaning lady is very friendly. The sunrise is perfect! But on the other hand, you cannot switch off the neon light on the balcony and enjoy the evening because you have the feeling as if you were on the stage. Also, Wi-Fi does not function and above all, no ear-plugs would help you to have a good night sleep or to take a nap in the afternoon. The music plays almost non-stop from early morning 7-8 am to approx. 1-4 am. If the music, which sometimes could be very relaxing, does not bother you and you do not need Wi-Fi then this is the good accommodation for you. However, stay away from this hotel and nearby accommodations if you really need to relax. This is not possible here at all!

Good view with almost not-stop music

It is a beautiful view BUT...there is very loud music from the restaurant until 5am (after 7 days we returned home like a zombies); You don't get to choose if you want light on the balcony - you have it all night; The staff is very unwelcoming; There're no towels in the bathroom, also the garbage was full when we arrived, no light there, no ventilation, after night swimming there's no hot water, and smells on food all the time; The bed wasn't comfortable; There's no space for cooking in the kitchen, no light in the fridge, no cooler for your ice-cream; Wi-fi is horror...Also we were waked up in the middle of the night from a very loud firework from downstairs.

Please stay away from this hotel

I recommend you to avoid this hotel for many reasons:Rooms are very small and beds are "children size" with unconformable mattresses The kitchen was smelly and the bathroom was without light.There is no wifi in the rooms only in the reception, no kitchen napkins ;walls are so tiny you can hear your neighbor snoring.If you aren't "lucky" to have "sea view" and the noise of Remezzo bar music you will have a view on another hotel with so many guests within(no privacy at all)Above all the staff is so rude and inhospitable that make my whole holiday ruined.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location

Avoid this hotel, no parking, no wifi, unpleasant staff, no water in the afternoon, broken bads... There is password for wifi wroten on peace of paper on reception, but they change it at the evening, new password wrote on paper in the morning when every body is on the beach, at the evening when you come in the room, they change password again, so you dont have wifi. Bathrooms are primitive. Bads are broken and small. 
Great location and view but very stressfull sleeping and unpleasant employes.

avoid this

Me and my partner went on a holiday this past week. The room for two is small, the kitchen is ridiculously small, the toilet was smelly. We had one espresso cup and one tea cup for drinking TURKISH COFFEE. The WiFi was annoying and terrible. I think it was working on shifts. Very very slow and most of the days we didn't even had WiFi. The general manager or the owner was very rude, rolling his eyes on every question we had about the WiFi or anything else. 
Only the balcony view was worth it! 
Try and skip this villa or as they call it "hotel" and go somewhere else.
