It's hard to imagine a place that would feel warmer, friendlier, or more authentically Greek. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was extremely relaxed, and the staff was delightful! They made us feel at home the whole time and couldn't have been more responsive/helpful. The views of the Aegean were just a bonus. Can't recommend enough. 

Friendliest staff in lovely location

We booked this for an overnight stop on our arrival in Corfu.  A taxi from the airport was 25E and took about 10 or 15 minutes.  For the adventurous it would be possible to walk it from the airport to the hotel - probably under 2 miles.  The shortest walk is via the footbridge over the sea.  Not recommended at night time (no lighting on the bridge) or it hot sun.  
The stop for number 6 bus (between Corfu Town and Benitses) is directly outside the hotel - frequency was about every 45 minutes when we were there.  
Very happy with our hotel choice - clean and welcoming.  Our room was on the ground floor - large with an outside terrace.  No problems at all.

Ok came here to visit the caves my mother sought refuge in during ww2 during air raids as she was a kid, also to visit her brother who she hasn't seen in over 55 years so it was going to be a teary reunion. Great hotel for out in the middle of nowhere, nice comfy beds, great shower and even better was the air con, what surprised us even more was the breakfast , wide selection of everything and had great food for kids.lots of parking and very nice customer service. Would i stay again, big yes as it out classes most of the so called 5 star hotels in Greece and Europe.

We stayed here for 2 nights as somewhere close to the airport before staying somewhere further away.  
It cost us €20 to get from the airport to this hotel where as we'd read that it would only cost €7. This was because we arrived at Corfu airport after midnight. Keep this in mind!
I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to be able to walk to different locations.  It is great however, to get into Corfu town as the bus station is right out front.  
The owners seemed nice and where helpful. If you're after feeling like you're not in a tourist location then this is the place to go. I wouldn't recommend if you're after somewhere fairly luxurious.

Great place with spacious, modern rooms. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel so it is comfortable to explore the island. Fantastic owners, friendly and helpful people - they gave us a free ride to the airport at the end of our holidays which was really nice!

Comfortable place to stay in

this is a modest budget hotel but all was excellent! there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel for easy transport to corfu town. the room was fine. it had one of the few modern style showers it have encountered among 15 or so greek hotels. and most important was the father spiro, his wife and daughter sophia. many hotels are supposedly friendly and helpful because they are "family owned and operated". but of all of them i have stayed in in greece this one REALLY WAS A FAMILY! they simply could not have been friendlier or more helpful. for example - the owner met my ferry, took me back to the hotel....and it was not that close to the boat and drove me to other places too. i didn't even have to ask. other hotels in greece this year..which i have already reviewed just would say: "take a taxi"!

perfect and TRULY RUN FAMILY HOTEL

The hotel is perfect for the zone perama...the station of the bus is very near in the front of the hotel  .....the beach is near, the staff was great and very warm...thanks to Sophia and her parents,the room was very good (a/c great)clean and very modern and the breakfast perfect. ...the only thing that is not so good the road is very near and doesn't have sidewalk...and can be dangerous if you want to have a walk around......
