The Hotel is just in front of the beachfront and it has a bar and a restaurant. Sea view rooms are perfect, instead the other side of the hotel views the busy road, therefore I'd suggest to go for the sea view. Reception desk is not 24/7 but one of the owners is always around. You get cleaning service every 2 days. All in all very good value for money, in a place which is perfect for family vacations.

Relaxing family vacations

The bed in the room I too small for two. Ugly self painted furniture. In the web page of the “hotel”, sea view room with breakfast is 80€, but they ask 90€ without breakfast! On the reception desk and the lobby - there is no staff. Receptionist is house keeper, which is waiter in the restaurant too. There is only one camera, looking on the reception desk. The way to the hotel floors is not controlled, and I have visit in my room - opened with key, from somebody - looking for money. All our luggage was on the floor. There is no fire detection in the hotel. NO SECURITY FOR THE GUESTS, SO NEVER STAY IN THIS “HOTEL”! The restaurant is not bad, but there is only small fish, The fisherman’s price is 15€ for smal and 25€  for big fish per kilo. The price in the menu is the same - about 40€

Never stay in this hotel!

The hotel was very expensive for what it offers, no breakfast was included in the price, there is never anyone at the front desk so if you need anything you have to find a waitress from the restaurant and she has to try and find the owner. The AC did not work when we arrived, after 2 hours of people just coming in and out of the room to test the AC they finally admitted what I told them originally (Which was that the AC does not work). The owner looks at me and says “these things happen” I wanted to say, yes only in poorly run establishments that never maintain anything and all they know how to do is charge the customer. The genius then brings a portable AC unit into the room, he had to leave the balcony door open for the unit to vent out the hot air, which also brought into the room hot air from the outside, and does not connect anything for the water that drips from the back of the unit. This caused a huge puddle of water in the room by the next morning. The service tech that fixed the AC came approximately 24 hours after I initially reported the issue, and after all this foot traffic and people coming in and out of the room no one was sent to clean the floor which was a mess, I had to clean the floor because I have a young child that likes to crawl around and I did not want him crawling around in that filth. So to make a long story short, I over paid to be uncomfortable and the be the cleaning lady for the room. There are so many other hotels to go to for the same price or even cheaper that are much better, go to one of those. I forgot to mention the best part, we wanted to leave early for the airport so I started to bring down our things only to find all the doors were locked and I could not get out of the hotel, the first person to arrive comes in at 7am, so if a fire breaks out during the night none of the customers can get out.

STAY AWAY

We booked two rooms for 4 days trough booking.com. In the reservation there were information that the rooms are with a view...but in reality non of them had a seaside veiw but a "view" to a main street - noisy and busy.  The price of the room was very high for a room without a veiw. The place was not very clean.
Some positive staff- the personnel was nice and helpfull and the hotel is centrally located, the rooms were cleaned every two days...

Not worth it!

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel be very nice. The rooms are great very big with shutters on the Windows

The bathroom was luxurious by Greek standards very very nice

We recommend this hotel to all travellers. It had beach frontage and is in the town centre 

The managers were lovely and very helpful we would stay here again

Lovely big rooms

This is the best hotel and tavern in the region. It is situated literally on the Nea Peramos beach. The staff is very nice and we became friends. If you book a seaview room you'll have a great panorama.
