The hotel itself is a small hotel on 3 lines from the sea, about 150-200 meters away from the center of Paralia. So it's quite quiet here, fewer people and cars. The room was on the 4th floor with a balcony on Constantine Street, it's very nice to sit at night drinking wine, listening to the music of the nearest bars. Very friendly staff is always ready to help, even if they don't know Russian and English - kalimera, kalispera - we've always heard from them, yes, and we've had a day left to pick up some Greek words ourselves!

It's a great budget spot for beach recreation.

Sometimes in the process of work there is a desire to leave everything and go to the sea) Paralia is a very compact tourist village. In the central part of the beach there is a darkness, but if you go over the port or to the 5* Hotel Sentido - then you can enjoy a drink in the area, the couch and wifi. On these beaches you can enjoy less than the price of the buses and the sea. At the expense of the hotel. The hotel is very convenient, with a very good location, so that you can get to the center of the city without paying for it (but not as close to the city center as the city center), but there is no parking lot, but it is not easy to get to the park and the parking lot.

4 days at sea

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days! Very nice little hotel, very friendly staff, nice two girls at the reception to solve any question quickly! Breakfast is delicious, autumn is good, eggs are fried, granges are roasted in the egg, omelette with meat, sweet cakes, croissants, buns and parsley with cheese and spinach, always fruits or cherries, all very neatly clean. The hotel has a cat and kittens living in it.:) Three people were given on the third floor with a view to the street, a small room, but all clean. The bathroom is good, but there are no storks. The balcony is big, we all loved the brass, we can not wait for 2 people, there was a super hotline, but there was a hotline, but it would be nice to walk around the beach, but there would be a nice TV, but it would be nice to walk away from the beach, but there would be a nice walk around the beach.

We were in this hotel in mid-June. We arrived at 11 a.m. and had everything we needed: a nice air conditioner, a refrigerator, a shower, a fan, a large coffee shop. There was no dryer (we realized that in other hotels they also use the same taste for this kind of food, so that the family could grab it for the next day). We really enjoyed everything. delicious breakfast. hand-serving to the beach. near the supermarket. The room is quiet, no noise disturbs sleeping. P.s. The beach is not cleaned, all in algae. The entrance is smooth, but there were jellyfish in the water.

A cozy hotel

Oh la la... We could say a lot..
Elena, the owner is wonderfull , you can see that this hotel became her baby. You can see the heart she put in this hotel and that's why this hotel is so special, because of the ambiance and the special feeling like at home...
Everyone of the hotel is very friendly with customers. They are always available for you at any time and ready to be helpful. They even booked for us some trips and gave us some advices.
A big thank you for this amazing week, everyday waking up with happiness, smiles and the breakfast is... ahh omg so delicious !

The hotel is 5 min away by walk from center, 1min from beach. The perfect location and you can relax and enjoy the silence.
We chose this hotel because of good comments on tripadvisor and once there we understood why ! They deserve these. 

You can visit around the national Park, Mount Olympus, Dion, Meteora,… and so much more.

First time in my Life i've Felt in a hotel like at home ...

The hotel was located on the third line. The hotel was located on the third line. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach. On the one hand, the beach was equipped with shelter beds with umbrellas (paid), and on the other hand, a public one with umbrellas, but without beds clean and tidy. The beach was sandy. The color of the sand was dark. The entrance to the sea was gradual, ideal for children. For those who love to swim in the depths had to be walked through the atmosphere) Thanks to the taste of the restaurant and leisure atmosphere at the beach. For the children at the party, the square and the bathroom were very nice.

Hotel for a couple of days.

Convenient location. Quiet place. Friendly, executive staff. Very tasty breakfast, variety of desserts and fruits. I consider the absence of Russian-speaking staff in a hotel where there are not so few Russians staying to be a significant disadvantage. We could hire at least one such person or learn the basic phrases ourselves.

Not a bad hotel.

Elena is a lovely host - she showed us some great places to eat, drew us maps, gave us all of her contacts in case we needed anything. The hotel is very clean and cozy and it is located in the more quiet part of Paralia Katerinis, which is great. The breakfast is nice and you are only 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min from the "center" of the town and the busy streets with shops. Definitely coming back some day.

The hotel is located near to the beach (5 min walk) and to the center of the place (10 min walk).
The room was small but clean. The bathroom was big enough, but there was some unpleasant smell. 
The room was cleaned every day. New towels on every second day. Air condition was working properly. The hotel is situated in the quiеt area of the place, quiet nights for sleeping. The breakfast is served in the lobby of the hotel. Almost every day is the same, but it is fresh and delicious.
Wi-Fi with good strength. Parking place in front of the hotel.
