Honestly one of the best places in Greece that we’ve ever been to.. Maria and her family are the most amazing hosts. They can’t do enough for you. Relax and enjoy the amazing peace, the local beaches and tavernas and stunning hospility. Thank you so much for our amazing stay. We’ll never forget the kindness you showed us.

Stunning

Location at the top, in a very charming little village, well served by bus. Beautiful beach and fishing village at the foot of the establishment. Cafes/restaurants nearby Very nice place. Unfortunately, we had room 8, which we would not recommend because very noisy and in the middle of the passage. It is located at the entrance of the establishment, so we were really in the center of the noise! Attention this place offers  apartments , so no restaurants, nor lunch (you will find the cafes 3 minutes walk / very nice) I recommend despite the bad room.

Very nice place / nice location / nice village!

Some Friends recommended us this place. We have spent 7nights there. It's a great place. Ideally located with see view from the room, a kitchenette and a great feeling with the owner.

Maria and her dad were so friendly. We could taste super good fruits from the garden.

Location is great as it's between 2 beaches. One with 3 very good restaurants (feet in the sand) and the other one with 2 beach clubs with pool.

The matress ans linen were very good quality

We spent 11 nights in this family hotel located a few steps from the sea. This allowed us to enjoy the beach every day with the children. Just next to the hotel's excellent cave where we could dine. The hotel rooms are equipped with brand new and ultra luxurious mattresses we slept very well and the little plus of this hotel is the extreme kindness of the owners, thank you again and soon. Nice stay in Ragoussis.

Where  do i start?
First the location  is perfect,  at the quiet end of Logaras beach less than 20m from  the sand  and 100m from Punda beach both excellent. 
We stayed  in room no1,  big balcony,  great bed and small but very  functional  bathroom , the view is from our room .
Probably  the best thing about this hotel  is Maria and her family,  you couldnt ask for a nicer host, they went well beyond  making our stay perfect. 
We stayed for 2 weeks  and easily could have stayed for 2 months, 
We highly recommend  this hotel .  

What a place to stay 

I can't even imagine that when someone writes here, the rooms are his 80s style and people wouldn't do anything for the guests! That's just not true!! We were in this hotel for 14 days and we were very spoiled! Every morning there was something to eat on our balcony, the laundry was changed daily, everything was lightning clean and the host couple was more than friendly. And then if you look at the prices: 40€ for an apartment with a small kitchen and everything that goes with it. Whoever can't do that, stay at home. We loved this place!

Familiar, good and friendly

These are charming , traditional  Greek residences with extremely basic kitchen faciilities. Reviews mention the chapel, restaurant and Maria who will collect from the port. None of these are in evidence now as Maria is not there, and there are no restaurant facilities. Her parents, Pitsa and Vasilis are a sweet old couple but do not communicate well. I had to extract the wifi code and the wifi was very weak. 
 We had made a request for a room with twin beds to be told on arrival that there were no twin bedded rooms. An arrangement to occupy an apartment was made over the phone with the absent Maria after a lively discussion. My two friends had to change apartments in a 4  night stay. I had also emailed to see if we could be collected from the port but received no reply so we were left to make own arrangements. 
Clearly there is a problem with communication.
Plus points? Two stunning beaches yards away, several lovely local taverns and Pitsa's welcome cookies. It is a lovely place.

Not as wonderful as reviews would suggest

warm welcome from the owners on arrival, we were staying in a larger flat than expected.
Large rooms with 2 bathrooms & see view, not large balcony though. Room service everyday. Maria is always available and give you good tips for restaurants and place to visit/go. The place is located few meters from the beach, it quiet and family like.

Nice & quiet

The location is nice and the view from the balcony is beautiful but the room was so narrow that we literally couldn’t leave our luggage anywhere! We finally put them inside the wardrobe...! The air condition was absolutely necessary day & night, otherwise the temperature inside the room would be unbearable. The owner picked us up from the airport but didn’t give us a lift upon departure. For those interested, the taxi costs 33€. No bathroom products apart from a little tiny soap! They don’t accept cards so we had to carry around all our money in cash, in a room that didn’t even have a safe! The price that the owner told us (70€ per night) was supposed to be an offer but when I checked on booking.com, it was exactly the same price... In any case, this price doesn’t correspond to what you get, since the room is very basic. The hotels in Paros are generally overpriced, though. All in all, we rested and enjoyed the island but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice view but very basic & narrow room!

Little family residence, 100 m from the beach, 500 m from the restaurant and 800 m from the village of Piso Livadi, It is not the great luxury, but everything is clean and well maintained. Maria came to pick us up and bring us to the port, if you need a car rental or other things she will find a solution. And every morning her father delivers fresh figs and grapes on our terrace!!!
