We stayed here for 15 nights in total. The owner/manager was lovely. Couldnt have been kinder. Our room was cleaned and changed if not every day certainly every other. 
For a hotel in this price range you have to accept it’s not going to be 5 star. Yes it is an average Greek 2 star hotel but everything is spotlessly clean, more than adequate and moreover the staff are lovely. You more than get what you pay for. 
It is also in a fantastic central yet quiet location which for the room rate is really good. 
I’m not sure if we will revisit Paros but if we do we will certainly come here. Really good. Thanks to the team.

Very Good! Great little budget hotel.

I’ve stayed in dozens of places in Paros and hundreds all over Greece over the years and this is the worst hotel by far. 

No one in reception when I arrived despite calling them the day before to inform hotel of my arrival time. Took half an hour to find someone. Phone numbers didn’t answer. Manager does not speak a word of English which makes it difficult to communicate problems, and there are many. Didn’t get the welcome drink I supposed to get. This is supposed to be a hotel. Where is the customer service?  Many other guests were voicing their displeasure to me. 

No soap or shampoo, had to ask. Soap in a hotel room is a basic right. 

Room had not been swept for some time. 

Everything in room in dilapidated and in deplorable state. 

Bathroom appalling. Low water pressure.  No hot water in the morning or the evening. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. No glass in bathroom for water. No hairdryer. No plug in sink. 

Threadbare single top sheet on double bed. 

Very Loud plumbing noises from other rooms which would wake the dead. 

Unidentifiable motor type noises elsewhere in the building constantly. 

Breakfast (which costs extra) is a pathetic joke. Crispbreads and lukewarm coffee. No real milk. No bread no eggs no yoghurt, no cheese, nothing. 

Wifi does not work in room. 

Small square Tv does not work but apparently only Greek anyway which is completely useless for tourists I don’t don’t know why they bother to have it at all. 

Room only serviced once in a week when I asked. I was not told til the last day you have to leave your key so they can clean. What, they have no other keys? I swept my own room. 

Dark stairwell at night. Missing lights in hallway. Why are they not replaced? 

For the rate I paid for seven days and single occupancy it was highway robbery. The Greek Tourism Commission should shut these disgraceful dumps down. They have no place in modern Greece and tourists deserve better. 

Atrocious!!

this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in my life. It is litterally falling apart despite the camouflage they did at the reception. The place is filthy, full of body hair, wall in room were falling appart, shower was rusty, WC wasn't working...
Owners try to pretend they're cool but they really try to "cover their dirty nest".

Only suitable for drunk weed smoking students at 20 euro/night

we stayed to hermes hotel for 6 nights on august , and we are very satisfied. the personel and the owner was very nice to us. they offered us coffe and sweeets on our arrival and for everything we needed they were there. Evi and Tasos are very nice and one night they cooked for us. we will definatelify visit again next summer.

kind personel- clean - central

we had been to this hotel twice before and it was okay, basic but clean and very friendly owners, but it is now under new management and though there had been refurbishment  our room was not refurbished. it had cracked sink, stained shower base and a pile of dead ants outside  the balcony door
We were there 3 nights and our room was not cleaned while we were there, the only staff was the manager who seemed to do every thing himself.
Breakfast was  ok but the bread and butter.cake and biscuits were all piled on one plate-no side plates were given. The room had a fridge for cold drinks but no glasses. I know we could have asked for all these things but guests shouldn't have to keep asking for the basics. A very disappointing return to this hotel. The hotel website does not portray an accurate view of this hotel,

Just returned from a 5 night stay in this hotel. The owners Colin and Stella were very friendly and helpful, always there with a greeting in reception and ready with some useful recommendations for local restaurants. The prices were very reasonable too, even for single occupancy. 
 
The rooms are fairly simple and basic but clean and including all the normal amenities : bathroom, aircon, TV, etc. 
 
The hotel is no more than 10 minutes walk from the port and a shorter walk  from Livadia beach. I would definitely recommend it and will use it again myself next time I go to Parikia.
