Manos, Mike and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. 

The view from the balcony was great (a sea view of the port). 

Hot water available on demand 24hrs and small standard cooking facilities included. 

The location was perfect for good restaurants, super markets, vehicle hire and easy access to the rest of the island.

Thank you for the pleasant stay. Highly recommended for those on a budget.

Excellent value for money with a view.

We were put in a room down a back alley.
The view from the balcony was a derelict building. All of the furniture was old (1970’s).
The appliances were ancient and rusty. All of the pans were also old, the few items of crockery were chipped, the cutlery was rusty too, even the washing up sponge looked 6 months old.
The curtain was stained and the shower curtain was all rusty along the top, the bathroom was old and tired, you had to hold the shower with one hand and wash with the other. 
It was like student accommodation from the 1980’s.

Awful accommodation 

Located in a quiet little road minutes from the marina and ferry terminal with simple but comfortable rooms. Mike and Manos couldn’t do more to make your stay more perfect. They are a font of local information and knew more about the incredible 3rd century church then the guide!  We stayed one night before picking up a sailing boat - we returned two weeks later to find that our flight back home had been cancelled. Having a family in tow I didn’t know who to turn to, then thought of Mike. He greeted me like a long lost friend and stored my luggage for the day and gave us a base until we could leave the island - refusing any sort of payment.  Mike and Manos are what make the Greek Islands such unforgettable places. A special mention has to go to the housekeeper who whipped the coffee stained shirt off my husband’s back and scrubbed it till it was brilliant white!

A perfect location

We stayed at rooms mike for six days. We had one of the studio apartments, just off the beach front.

It’s a great location. The bakery round the corner was excellent for breakfast and going left from the harbour were aroma, green rocket and a host of other great value restaurants.

Manos recommended aroma which has great Greek food, also he recommended the last beach bar on the beach, as the beds were free provided you bought a coffee or Fanta. The swimming was great the water do clear.

We would definitely go again.

Great location and great hosts

Located few minutes walk from the Port with amazing views from some of the rooms. The room we had overlooked the Port but unfortunately we had to compromise on space as it was extremely small. However it was spotlessly clean with fridge, kettle and basic cooking facilities. 
Mike and his staff are wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. He dropped us to the Port when leaving was a wonderful host.
Loved our time there and would certainly return..... but maybe to a bigger room next time!

Location and views!

We stayed in the building round the corner from the main place in a quiet back street. We had a biggish room with cooking facilities and an en suite, also a balcony from which we could see the port.Slightly old fashioned décor but we had no problems with that. Mike himself is an extremely agreeable friendly man with good English. We were stuck on Paros for 2 extra nights due to a storm. Mike just moved us into another room equally kitted out as the first and if anything slightly bigger. We slept well on very comfortable beds despite the winds. He  arranged car hire for us for a day.
 There is a great bakery/coffee shop round the corner + supermarket. It's a 5 min walk to the ferries.
Wifi was variable

Convenient, comfortable and good vlaue for money

Friendly, helpful staff.  Excellent Location, a few minutes walk from the ferry pier and a well-stocked supermarket just around the corner.   Heater, shower were very good.

No real comfy chairs in my room or balcony, could use at least one.
And the kitchen amenities and implements were pretty basic.  WiFi  was just so-so, decent download speed, but uploading 5-6MB photos took about 5 minutes each.

Friendly, Helpful Staff, Excellent Location

I had reserved a studio for 6 nights and Mike took me around the corner to an other building and showed me 2-3 different ones and told me to choose. i chose one not very posh but with shade in the afternoon on the balcony. The room was big and there were basic cooking facilites. A lady came and cleaned every day and the sheets and towels were often changed. Mike arranged with his son to drive me to the airport for a small cost picking me up at the studio and carring my suitcase down the steps etc Its a very nice family affaire and both Mike and his son are lovely kind people.
