rooms facing directly to the sea-simple and nice furnitures-great balcony-just by Pedros great cafe-Angie who owns the place is the most helpfull and nice person with great tips and helps out in any way-We stayed 2 families sharing 3 rooms-Nice to be able to make your own breakfast etc.
The boat is easy to the main city 10 min and we often walked back at night 25 min
also ordered take away which worked great

Amazing family rum place

Angie and her sweet mom were amazing hosts. The studio was a perfect getaway on Krios beach. Super clean, bright and comfortable. There’s a path nearby with amazing views that leads to Parikia.  Angie was more than helpful in guiding us and making our stay a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

Niriides Studios on Krios Beach

Had a great time here- Niriides Studios is everything we were looking for- nice large balcony with a gorgeous view-the beach is beautiful-  the beach club further down the beach is so cool and fun - Angi is super great - and made us feel so welcome - we will be back

Fantastic Niriides !

Have just had 4 days at Niriides  and all we can say it was the best.  Apartment excellent, sparkling clean with attention to detail and Angie was an outstanding host going out of her way to make our stay so enjoyable.  Location great, staff friendly and thanks Vasilli for the ferry transfers.  Very highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.  Thanks again Angie.

The best...........

It was an awesome trip!!

It all started perfect that day before of our arrival we received an email from Angie asking us what time we were arriving because she was coming to pick us up and there she was when we arrived they helped us with all until we were sent into the apartment.

Truly better than the pictures, she also recommend us all that restaurants places to visit. They were all great Nice please it to Aliki and Narussa, also blue Lagoon.

She made us check out extremely easy and we were all set to go back to the ferry the location is also Top Top because the  turquoise calm waters, and there’s a close restaurant on the ocean perfect for a great dinner.

We will go again, But next time it will be either the first week of June or the last of September which I’ve been told is also a great time to visit.

BEST OPTION!!!  (Stop searching) LOCATION & SERVICE TOP TOP!!!

We spent 5 nights in Niriides Studios at the end of May. Angi, the owner, very kindly collected us from the ferry port and brought us to the studios. She also arranged some pizza to be delivered to us, as we had been travelling for most of the day and it was late in the evening when we arrived.

Very clean and well appointed studios, only a few metres from the beach. So relaxing - this is the perfect place to unwind.

Angi is the perfect host and was available to give us guidance, assistance and advice for everything. A rental car or ATV or scooter would be recommended, based on the location, but these are very inexpensive to rent and provides one with the ability to travel and explore the beautiful island of Paros.

I have no hesitation in giving this 5 stars.

Beautiful Location and Excellent Hospitality

This place is amazing!
Only steps from the most beautiful and clean beach in this island.
We spend 18 days in this island, we went to all the beaches around and I can say that this is the best by far.Not windy,clear water,clear sand,free sunbeads.
The studio is not like 5 stars hotel but was the most clean room ,all in white and turquoise with excellent mattress and the best pillows ,strong A/C and fast internet (important for me).But the most important was the breathtaking view.
Has no breakfast but a kitchenette with fridge and stoves were you can make not only a breakfast but cooking when you don't want to move from the beach.
+++Has a washing machine, where you can use it free of charge with free powder.
The staff were very friendly.
Angi pick us up from the port,drive us to the grocery store,explain us a map of the island,suggest restaurants,beaches and places to visit.Was all the time available for any question we had & were many.
We will come back soon.
If you looking for the best place ,simply,totally clean with so nice people you find it and definitely worth the price.
Overall the best stay.


My paradise

Angi has done a great job with these whitewashed apartments by the Krios beach, decking them out in blue and white ornaments, Ours had 2 large bedrooms and a balcony for eating on with kitchen and bathroom. Angi couldn't do enough to help out with transfers to the port, extra fans when the air con broke down and even goes in her kayak.
Free sunbeds by Peter's Cafe (in front of the apartments) but you need to get down fairly early to bag one. Lovely long beach - lovely church and views on the headland next to it. Only 2 restaurants nearby we could find, so a 25 minute walk around the coast to all the restaurants in Perikia, where you get great sunset views.
