The place is very beautiful. The apartments are located right on the beach, having basically it's own private beach and umbrellas.
It also has a small playground, ideal for kids, and barbecue spots.

Metomorphosi is close by, where you can find anything you need.
Pantelis is very helpful and friendly. He let us have a late checkout, which was really helpful as our flight was in the afternoon.

The rooms are not very new, but it has everything you need.

We were in this wonderful accommodation for the first time.  We spent a perfect two weeks.  We were in a maisonette on two levels with an unreal view from all three terraces.  The accommodation was waiting for us clean and tidy, and we arrived much earlier that morning than the scheduled time to enter the apartment.  The beach is extremely close, from the apartment is 30m across a beautiful lawn.  Our dog was as enthusiastic as we were.  The owners are phenomenal, especially Kiki who was there for us at every moment for everyone, from the recommendation for the restaurant (Taverna Costas), to organizing and helping my husband with the purchase of motorcycle tires in Thessaloniki.  We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately everything was booked, which did not surprise us considering the beauty of the accommodation.  I hope to visit Monopetro again next year but for more than two weeks.

Perfect

The hotel is placed in a quiet location on the beach. The apartament had all that we need, and we had beautifull view from the terrace. The property have 2 places for berbeque witch we used almost every evening with fresh seafoods from port market.The owners speek very good english and they spare no effort to ensure that our stay is perfect every day.
The beach was very nice with free sunbed and umbrella, some rocks on the water but with beach shoes will be no problems. Free canoe if you want a golf tour - unfortunally it was broken in that period.
Metamorfosi is almost at 3 km, so you must have a car, and you will find everything at the reasonable prices, including kids park, and I recommand a bakery with heavenly cakes-Thassos. Nikiti is at about 16 km away from property, a nice seasight and has some good restaurants and 3 supermarkets, including Lidl.

A perfect holiday

the good parts:
large and clean apartments, well-equipped bathroom, very friendly host and interested not to miss anything, hotel position right on the beach

the lesser parts:
mosquitoes present in the evening, flies and insects during the day, stony entry into the sea, sea hedgehogs for which special slippers must wear

Metamorfosi its aproximativ 3 km, must have a car, and you will find everything at the reasonable prices, including kids park. Nikiti its almost 16 km away from property, a nice seafront and has some good restaurants and 3 supermarkets, including Lidl.
All 10 days was a pleasure for us, I recomand you for a beautiful family holiday.

Relaxing holiday

We spent 15 nights at Monopetro apartments (two level ap.) and we loved it! They are clean (cleaned every 2-3 days), comfortable and all air-conditioned. Warm water is available 24/7, the shower cabine is with massagers and you have free shampoo, soaps, shower gels and towels of course. Big windows turned towards the sea are wonderful. Also, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Wi-fi connection is ok and there is a TV in the room. It is really quiet and peaceful in the evening because everybody who wants to stay up late, make barbecue or whatever can sit at the tables outside (there are more than 5 tables and 2 barbecue spots). Kids can also use a little playground. There are basketball, volleyball and football courts and you can take balls at the reception. You can also use a canoe at the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge. THAT PART OF THE COAST IS FANTASTIC! It is that good because there are sandy and rocky parts with beautiful sea creatures so you can choose if you would like to dive and explore or play volleyball on the sand. I WOULD RECOMMEND BRINGING WATER SHOES IF YOU WANT TO EXPLORE PARTS WITH ROCKS. The hosts are really nice - they helped us with everything! They invited a clown to entertain the kids one evening. The closest shop is in the camp which is on 5 minute-walking distance. Metamorfosi is 3km and Nikiti 7km away. If you want to take a walk in the city than you should go to Nikiti 😀. We had such a great time and we hope we'll come again. P.S. There are a lot of pictures of the apartments so I shared pictures of the coast.

Words can do little to describe the wonderful vacation I had here. The owners are some of the most awesome people you will ever find and they spare no effort to ensure your stay is perfect in every way. 

The accommodations and amenities available are basically everything one could possibly need to have a relaxing stay and the location is "well hidden", by which I mean it would fit those of us who would enjoy some quiet time, away from the bustling city streets or crowded tourist areas.

Also, the location is pet-friendly, which for me and my family was a key selling point, as we were able to bring our two dogs.

12/10 points, will definitely come back.
