Nice big studio apartment central to the resort.
Clean and basic with a well stocked kitchen area.
You pay extra for air conditioning which is pretty much the norm.
Greek owner who spoke more English than we do Greek  !!
We used the pool next door but the beach was about a ten minute walk away.
Supermarket about two minutes away.

Awful,grubby, island nice just stay somewhere else , grubby shower curtain, shower tray stained , dirty horrible toilet brush, man on sight spoke hardly any English and just said no problem I complained there and on return but apparently it’s acceptable as a basic accomadation was told it was wear and tear it was  not acceptable

Lovely appartments family run in centre of pefkos run by the lovely Sammy his wife and daughters. Excellent on olympic hoildays. Very clean comfortable apartments pool at rock garden close by . Late check out warm welcome . Beautiful gardens   perfect x x

Best bed ever in a greek studio , even a topper/ protector on it! Real family run, no pool but nearest is 3 minute walk or 100 meters or so. Short cut to the beach makes it a 5 minute walk. 
Spacious rooms, new air con and a fridge that could freeze hell over for ice. Came for a trip with my mother in memory of my father who loved this area of Rhodes very much. 
 Thank you to Maria and your mother and father for your hard work in making this a lovely place to stay and use as a comfortable base.

Everything and more than you need from this type of studio apartment.

The man that runs these apartments is the most selfish person I have ever met in my life!! Due to the wild fires he evacuated to Rhodes and left new arrivals with no air conditioning they flew home the next day!! We had no water or electricity for 2 days so my husband found a tap and hose outside with water left in so we filled a bucket with a little so we could wash, he seen my husband doing this and another man so sent his wife over to empty it and watered his plants with it!! Also charged every single person different rates for air/con!! Your Facebook message are ignored unless it benefits them!!

Absolutely great studios. Just returned from staying here and would return in a heart beat. Very clean and a great location on the edge of pefkos but still only 2 or 3 mins walk into pefkos. So many nice bars restaurants and supermarkets and a few sandy beaches which is quite rare in Greece

If you are thinking of booking to stay here after reading the positive reviews please think twice.

There are numerous reasons why I would suggest people not to stay here:

We have stayed here two weeks, and on 4 occasions in the evening we have not been able to shower before going out because there is no water at all. You can't even flush a toilet. Most times in the middle of the day had no water either. Every other hotel in the area has water tanks for when the supply is cut off. When we asked our host if he could supply us with bottles of water to wash, he said it wasn't his problem, even though we have a 9 month old baby. The worst part is, I have seen him every morning and evening watering his plants!

The room we stayed in had multiple power cuts, where we were left with no electricity and the host said that he could not do anything about it, and we would have to wait.

For 2 weeks air con we had to pay €200 in cash, there was no other way to pay. Probably so he doesn't declare it and can just pocket it. He would not let us have air air con on if we went out for dinner, so when we came back we had a boiling hot room and it would be impossible to fall asleep. If we left it on he would come into our room and turn it off! I worked out by using the wattage of the air con unit and and the most expensive energy tariff in Rhodes, it would cost €87 to have it running 24/7 for 14 days.

The room cleaning was sporadic at best. I would say that our room was not cleaned more than 50% of days. And even when it was done the standard was not great. Within 14 nights we had clean towels and bed sheets once.

We are a party of 7 and all paid 750 for accomodations and flights, our room was much smaller than the other 2 couples who paid the same price.

The apartments are listed as self catering, but in my mother in law's room the hob did not work and had no there facilities.

The hair dryer in my sister room did not work.

The studios had free wifi, but my dial up from 1999 would have been faster. Utterly pointless even having it.

The worst part about this stay was the attitude of the host. If we had any questions and issues, he would act like none of it was his problem. And that we just had to deal with it.

I will never stay here again.

For us this was the perfect place to stay in Pefkos.  Run by a lovely family who could not do enough for you.  The studios are always emmaculate, well appointed with air con, safe, t.v. and a small kitchen with cooker rings, toaster, kettle & fridge.  The gardens are beautifully maintained by Sammy and Lee Beech is only a ten minute walk away.  Look forward to staying there again.  Jay & Angie , July 2022 xx

Lovely people, Lovely place

Have stayed here 3 times in 2 years, twice staying in room 1 (upper floor), this time in room 10 (ground floor). Room 10 is slightly bigger than room 1, it was nice to have the extra space and the sofa area. Not a particularly nice view from the balcony but ok for sitting out with a cuppa in the morning. Unfortunately we could often hear dogs barking/scratching and this put me off sitting outside (I believe the dogs are kept behind a nearby restaurant). Air con was €100 for 2 weeks, safe €20 and room tax €7.50. Air con worked ok but I’m wondering if these units should be serviced and cleaned as we both experienced sore throats/cough that were worse when in the room. I have noticed a decline in the cleaning standard, don’t think the daughters are around anymore and the upkeep is done by the elderly owners. The apartments are in a great location behind Tipsy Cow and there is a shortcut to Lee Beach road. Overall a good stay but Pefkos as a whole has lost its shine for us after 9 visits and we are going to try elsewhere next year.
