Truly amazing place to be. Tranquility next to everything, daily cleaning of a very clean room. Family running ready to help and advice you for places near by. Truly we will visit again. Sad we had to leave!

Secret peaceful place to relax

We loved our stay in Kassiani Studios. The studio, location and hospitality were all fantastic. Perfect place, very clean and comfortable. Very spacious studio with kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook. The pool area was lovely and the pool well maintained. Everything both inside and outside is taken care of with love. Host Georgia is lovely, helpful and informative. She helped us with lots of tips on beaches, restaurants and more. Location was perfect. Convenient for access to beaches; the location is really quiet, 800m from Damnoni beach, less than 1,5km from Plakia.
We can't wait to come back!

Holiday

I've been in Kassiani for 3 weeks and I can only recommend it! Top! Location in only 10 minutes you can walk to Damnoni Beach! In 20 minutes you can walk to Plakias! Not far from the resort there is a good bakery. The resort is carefully maintained and run accordingly. The beds are highly recommended if you wake up in the morning you are well rested, even if the resort is located right on the street. The pool allows you to stay. Every third day the room is cleaned and equipped with fresh laundry. Love to all thanks I would love to come back!

I spend five nights in Kassiani studio in the middle of a heatwave. The studios are managed by her daughter in law, Georgia. I was given a ground floor room that was bright enough and also cool. Despite the 40oC I only used the aircon for few minutes. The room was spacious and very clean and the balcony big and pleasant enough. Most importantly, as I was teleworking, wifi was very strong for Greek standards allowing smooth videoconference.  I had a very nice sleep as the mattress was very comfortable, something exceptional  for this budget range. There were also some nice extras such as the gorgeous mixed local vegetables offered by Kassiani and also the home-made apricot jam. There was also a nicely-kept pool which I didn’t use as the nearby Ammoudaki beach (walking distance) is stunning. Would be nice if the room could also have mosquito shields in the windows. All in all, I teleworked very smoothly from Kassiani studio, I slept well and I deeply enjoyed the nearby beaches after work.

Great workation stay with reliable wifi in a very comfortable room

Let's spend 8 days on the premises, not seeing the owners is not inconvenient, however since we arrived the garbage has not been emptied, when we know that nothing should be thrown into the toilet, I see lets imagine.

For one night only

The room was spacey and very clean. It was equipped with kitchen stuff, small refrigerator etc. The place was quite surrounded by an olive tree yard. A swimming pool was available to the residents all day long. The hostess was very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are near to very nice beaches, approached driving about 3-5 km. Free parking is available.

Clean n well situated rooms

A very nice and quite place. The garden is beautifull and relaxing. You can hear cicadas singing all day! The room was large and very clean. The hostess was really polite. The first day she offered a fresh cooked food for our child. The second fresh eggs etc! Well located! 3 minutes car drive to Plakias. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants in a 2-4 km range. I warmly recommend it! 

Excellent place

The room is spacious and that's the only good thing about it!! The non-existent owners only saw it when we arrived... 4 days they didn't even dare to spend on emptying the baskets. We asked for the iron to be drawn and it was like we asked for the moon...

It offers nothing.

Rooms were well-serviced and had everything we could need for self-catering.  Beautiful private balcony.  Lush garden with lime trees, bougainvilleas, loads of kittens everywhere!  A 10-15 minute walk to the nearby beach and another to the Plakias town (a little further than the beach - we preferred driving when solely going into town centre.)  Host was very friendly and told us we could check out whenever we liked.

Excellent value.  Perfect for our one night stopover.
