We had such a great stay! The view was breathtaking. It was so lovely to enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast right on the water every morning. Nefeli was so accommodating, helping call taxis and transfers to and from the ferries. Would highly recommend!  

Perfect for a honeymoon!

I've traveled all over the world and stayed in many lovely places, and Nefeli Sunset Studios now one of my favorites. The view from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous. Our accommodation was airy and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, the location is fantastic, and I can't say enough about the incredibly gracious and kind couple who own Nefeli. They treated us like family visiting their home.  A bottle of wine, coffee, tea and water await you when you arrive. The owners arranged our rental car and had it waiting for us, drove with us to the airport so we didn't have to deal with turning it in, and gave great suggestions about places to visit and things to do. Milos was our favorite part of our visit to Greece, and Nefeli for us was the perfect place to stay there. We hope to return to Milos again, and we will definitely stay at Nefeli.  

A most beautiful place to stay on beautiful Milos

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here during our honeymoon. We stayed in other “fancier” places on the island as well and nothing compared to Nefeli. The quality for the price and location is unmatched. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit Milos.

Best place to stay in Pollonia!

Oh wow.  This place is an absolute gem.  On every front.  So let's get to it.

Suite 11 - perfect.  The views, the patio room, the impeccable touch to details.  I mean you just look around this place and see charm at every turn.  It's simply wonderful.  Clever, tasteful, etc., etc., etc.

Location - for us, perfect.  8 minute walk to the heart of everything but still tucked away enough for peace and quiet.  This is the ideal setting if you ask us.

The Hosts - Roula + Makis are flippin' wonderful.  We fell in love with them.  I kid you not, on our next trip to Greece we are going to Milos for several reasons but they are definitely one of them.  They are terrific.

An Absolute Gem!

From the fantastic pre-arrival communication and help from Nektaria to the warm welcome from Roula and Makis when you arrive, you can be assured that you will have a perfect stay. Just a short 15 minute drive from the airport and you are greeted with the pristine building and gardens of Nefeli Sunset Studios right on the edge of the sea. In a quiet edge of Pollonia you are only a few minutes walk from the town’s amenities. Makis showed us to our beautiful room and how to use the hot tub and made sure we were settled. The master suite has all you need, including ceiling fans and air con, full size fridge and freezer compartment for ice, nespresso machine, kettle, 2 ring induction hob, microwave, kettle, hairdryers in the bathrooms, iron and board. Loads of wardrobe space and lots of hangers. We had 2 terraces to choose where to sit, plus the hot tub terrace. Lovely places to sit and enjoy the ocean views in the grounds. In the breakfast room you are greeted warmly and offered various choices from the menu and can choose for a tray to take to your room/terrace/gardens if you like. No choice is a bad one for the breakfasts which are fresh, tasty and plentiful. Hiring a car through Nektaria provided us with transfer to and from the airport and was so easy. Roula and Makis provided many excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. They really do want you to have a great time and will do anything for you, such lovely lovely people. Their season ends 15th October, we stayed in the first week of October and found all the main attractions to be nice and quiet. Weather was warm but pretty breezy (unusually so I think), but for us that was a fine combination and not an issue (did need some long sleeves if wanting to sit outside in the evenings). Milos is a lovely island, so easy to navigate around and a lovely 20minute flight from Athens over the islands to a tiny airport with 1 departure room and 1 arrival hall - so quick and easy.

Perfect

We spent three nights at Nefeli Sunset Studios in Pollonia, early September 2022, and towards the end of our 16 night trip to Greece and the islands. The hotel was such a great find and probably our favorite during our trip. We had a room on the 2nd floor, with a small balcony, overlooking the sea. The rooms were tastefully decorated and super clean.  We loved having the delicious breakfast in the garden every morning. It was such a peaceful place. The owners and the staff provided top notch service. It is great to see owners who really care for their property. If we go back to Milos one day, this hotel will definitely be on top of our list. 

Laid back hotel in excellent location

Roula and Makis have made a small paradise in front of the sea. The best part of Pollonia where you can rest your feelings, relax, breathe and feel free to enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the island!!

My happy place

The grounds are lovely and viewing the sunsets from there was magical. The accommodations from the transportation, we rented a car, to the rooms were excellent! Shout out to Mike and his wife for being patient and attentive. 

My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back. They made an impression even before we arrived as they accommodated my request for a specific room. Thank you, Nektaria, for the help!

Must Stay in Milos !

Nefeli Sunset Studies is a family owned business and all family members spoiled us during our stay. The rent cars as well and we were taken and brougth to the airport. Breakfast is Greek and super delicious, the room a small paradies…
The location is perfect and calm. You see the best sunsets and you can walk to Pollonia center to the restaurants in 5-7 minutes.
We strongly recommend it!

What can I say that hasn't been said already about this wonderful place? The location is stunning, with the sea outside your door. The lovely owners Roula and Makis, welcomed us with a bottle of wine which we enjoyed while watching the first of many sunsets. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Our ground floor room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We loved coming back after a day of exploring Milos to relax and enjoy the property. A few steps down take you to a tiny rocky beach, perfect for taking a dip with a gorgeous view and then back to lounging on the sun beds. And of course the sunsets...We hope to come back again soon.
