What was good

Overall a good hotel with a client service attitude. Unfortunately they were not able to provide us with the room which we requested and at the end they requested additional payment in order to have our preferred room which we used in our previous visit at the hotel. Quality of food overall good, but did not seem to correspond to a 5 star resort hotel, it was rather equal to 4 (?) start hotel. I would revisit it under the condition that I know in advance which room I am going to stay with. Also the TUI staff for kids entertainment was amazing and always happy. The person who runs the client relations management is a very helpful and client oriented professional lady.
