We were in Villa Bianca Studios beginning of Sept - 6 adults and 3 children.
The advantages:
- Stella is very helpful, kind and attentive,
- you have a private garden with BBQ and playground for children
- you have a free parking
- the studios are located in a quiet place
- Wi-fi is good

The disadvantages:
- bathrooms, especially those on the ground floor needs to be renovated. They are not very clean.
- also a few more kitchen appliances would be good to have.

However, we had a very good stay. The studios are situated about 15 min.walk from the nearest beach and the taverns. 
Otherwise, Possidi is a very small village with two beaches and maybe 6-7 taverns, 1 bakery.

Good

First of all, a want to say that the property was exactly as described on the site. The room was very clean and equipped with all what you need. The bathroom is small but freshly renovated and looks very good(for us, was perfect!). Every room has air conditioning and compared to other locations, this works perfectly and gives you a cold and fresh air (keep it in this condition :), clean and in good condition).
The location of this property is in a quiet area, where you can drink your coffee quietly and listen to the sounds of nature. With all these you will do about 15 minutes to the beach. Also you have a little market at the road (1min) and first good tavern is at 10 min walking. The entrance to the property is marked with an indicator and a flag and it is illuminated till the parking area. The parking is covered and protects the car from the heat of the sun.
 The gardens are very nice and well taken care of, every night they are irrigated and the grass is very green! 
The host is amazing, we understood each other perfectly from the beginning and we remained friends! Also, she recommended us the best locations in the area and answered all our questions.
 By the way, very good fig jam! :) 

In conclusion we will come back with first occasion. Recommend it!

An amazing trip

Property exceed our expectations. It was our first trip abroad with our 2y old son, and were a bit nervous about the whole trip. The property is very green with a small playground, the room itself it just what we wanted. Clean, open, good lighting, we had room for our luggage and everything. We actually slept good, no problems with the mattress, balcony with really nice view, perfect for coffee. We had kitchenette, which came in handy especially for the breakfast. AC but we haven't used it as it wasn't that hot mid June but fully functional, also you could turn it on with a card which is more than easy to use. The beach was a 3_4 min drive from the property, the supermarket 6_7 min. We had a really nice stay, hopefully we can make it next year. Stella gave us good recommendations for restaurants and local supermarket and things to visit in nearby area.

Awesome stay

The host is amazing, more like a friend than anything! Everything is clean and new. Sheets are very soft! The room is cleaned every 3 days. The gardens are very nice and well taken care of! Definetly a joy to live in. Will come back. Recommend it!

It's the second year we are coming here to stay on our holiday and we want to come here next year too! It'a clean and quiet location. For our family is the best place! We love it. I cannot wait to came  back next year!

The best place to stay in your holiday!

Beautiful location, very clean, the owners very nice people. The beach is not so far...near to the market. Quiet location, private parking.
I recomand it for a family vacation with children.

The villa is in a great location, close to the beautiful beaches. It's quiet, clean and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Stella is absolutely lovely and one of the best and most accommodating hosts ever. Will come again tomorrow.
