This hotel is an oasis for the soul and heart. The place makes you feel that you don't need anything else... Just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view and the clean, calm stone beach is worth a one weeks' holiday. Located at a calm place, about 1,7 km from the centre, you can really relax, far away from street noise and tourist hype. Sitting on the lovely patio of the restaurant, close to the sea, is a dream, and the ancient greek music softly carresses mind and soul while enjoying your meal. Try poached eggs with homemade beetroot bread for breakfast, which is melting in your mouth!
We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who always cared about our wellbeing. We did not feel like tourists, rather like at home with friends. They really give their soul to the place which is lovingly maintained, full of flowers, large trees and shady places. We received fresh towels every two days and new sheets once a week. The appartments have basic kitchen equipment with large refrigerators, television and enough storage options. Whatever you wish to share with the owners, they always find time to talk to you.

Paradise for soul and heart

If you are looking for luxury, read no further. But since I don’t look for it, I would rate this place very favorably and would gladly return. This, of course, predominantly because of the value for money, i.e., the reasonable price. 
The good things about the property: 
a)	Beautiful yard – it is a nicely tended lawn, with thick grass where kids can play carelessly, with a modest but functional playground which does give your kids a chance for physical activity; 
b)	Private parking – this is a part of the property yard, which is intended and organized to be a parking lot; parking spaces are clearly marked and positioned between short trees;  
c)	Direct access to the beach –it is not the kind of beach you would dream to spend your vacations on (more below), but it is quite romantic for walks, and provides the lovely sea scent to the area (please note the area is quite windy in the afternoons). 
d)	The bar in the yard – it is a nice, low-key relaxed bar, playing very likable and quiet music during the day (smooth jazz, Cuban classics, chill-out). The only downside was that once a week they organized live music concerts with amplifiers; nice music but too loud until midnight, which is not consistent for a property that mostly hosts families with kids).
e)	Facilities you would not normally find – a) elevator (small but functional), b) toilets on the ground floor available for anyone using the beach, the bar, the playground. 
f)	Kind owners, who happen to live there, so they are accessible. 
As I said it is no luxury - furniture, fittings, appliances, kitchen equipment, utensils are older in most cases (sometimes shabby), with some exceptions (like our new fridge), which shows the owners take care to keep up with running the place. Mattresses were good, pillows in different sizes, linen and towels some new, some old and rough (changed at 3-day cycles). The glass sliding door to balcony was quite sound-proof, there was also mosquito net, and outer sliding doors/shutters for preventing light. The balconies on the first floor have pull-down shades, so we had shade on the balcony all the time. We had a big dining table on the balcony and enjoyed meals as if at home. Wifi acceptable, enough for me to check e-mail.
As far as I am concerned, the only thing this place lacks is a good beach. The entire coastline near the property is rocky (not just regular stones on the bottom). There is just one small “pool-sized” area where you can enter the sea barefoot and “soak” - you can’t enjoy a long swim because you could hit feet against a rock, or step on an urchin. Luckily at some 800 meters there is the Kiani Akti (the city beach), which is large and sandy with calm and shallow waters, at one area with old trees for natural shadows, showers and changing cabin, and one organized bar on one end. In July it was never crowded. 
I love Preveza town, the promenade with yachts, the wonderful restaurants, the big public parking, the amusement park (too expensive, though), so for me this was a good holiday choice. 
P.S. Note that every apartment (about 15 or so) is different. Second floor apts are all sea-view and have two separate rooms. First floor apts, half are sea-view, half garden. Of those that are sea-view, some have large balcony, some not. Most seaview have a separated small kitchen while I don’t think garden-view have a separated one. Accommodating 2, or 3 or 4.  And price is different. So, have in mind that photos you see (and the description in my review), may simply not be the ones of your apartment, so it is best to ask for description about the offer you get.

Excellent value for money, I agree

Best place to stay in Preveza :)

The apartments have everything what we need. Very close we have 2 beaches and about 20 minutes to the city center. The host is very helpful and makes our stay in Preveza perfect. Each apartment has a balcony and a huge communal garden.

Unforgettable time in Preveza

Firstly, you could not get nicer hosts - they were warm and helpful and even insisted on running us to the airport. The accommodation is pretty basic but it is very clean and what do you expect for the money. The view over the garden and see was beautiful and there was a generous balcony on which to sit any enjoy it. Somebody in another review commented that the shower doesn't have a holder - this is sensible in countries with reduced water - it is quite simple - wet yourself, turn the tap off whilst you soap then rinse off.  It is a fair walk into Preveza town - about 25 minutes at a brisk pace. There is a restaurant only a few doors away but as we were near the end of the season it was closing. There is also a beach bar with facilities about 3/4 of a mile away which was very pleasant.

Excellent value for money

We didn't have much expectations - the price was surprisingly low, but the reality was very positive surprize for us!!! Starting with very warm welcome (with cold refreshment drinks) till a bottle of wine when there was a time for us to leave. So kind!
Nice large yard, nice bar and view from balcony! And at our room there was an extra door between kitchen and living room what keeps noises from corridor away during sleeping-time! For this money everything was more than perfect!!!
