Super friendly owner George greeted us when we first arrived and helped us in setting our BBQ . We also were able to have laundry.
The beach is only 30m away and not crowded. Lots of nearby restaurants . Kitchenette and fridge available and it was a very nice stay indeed.

"Nice place for family "

We had a two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was super equipped, even a bakery, a kettle, a coffee machine, etc. In the owner's daughter's bistro you could also order food and have it delivered to the generous terrace;-) super clean and beautifully landscaped garden. Parking is available. Unfortunately, the beach just in front of the apartments is not so great... that's the only disadvantage. But by car you can get to other beautiful beaches in Epirus quickly.

Even without children, great accommodation.

Konsta apartments are located on Kanali beach, just 20m from the sea. There are two houses. The first one has groung floor and the floor above, and the second one has two floors. Rooms are clean, bright and well equiped. You have eyerything you need. There is a parking space provided so you don't have to worry about your car. Near the apartments there is a snack bar with children's playground on the grassfield so your children can spend all their time there while you're having a drink.

The owner o fthe apartment is very polite and helpful. 

Nice place for family with kids

We stayed for 5 days in mid august 2015, in a few words we loved it (family with 4 year old girl, double room, building at the back, top floor, corner room). 
We loved:
The owner! Just great, always available, very polite, extremely helpful, not trying to charge extra. We stayed there using a government funded program, and despite the fact that he will probably get paid for our stay after an unknown number of months he was so polite and nice I would definitely go back again as a paying customer and tell my friends about him. Gave us a great room in high season despite us being on the program (had to book it early obviously, but others refused beacuse of high season). Did not charge for our child who's not covered by the state funding, did not charge us for a friend who unexpectedly stayed one night in the same room although we of course offered to pay. 
The room! Lovely room, spacious (about 25-30 sq.m), airy, sunny, west facing towards the sea, balcony. Sunset views from the balcony.
Other than the usual, the room had a chair that can convert into a third bed without making the room too small (nice pillows by the way), cleaning and linen every 3 days or so (he cleaned and changed linen as scheduled, despite the fact we were leaving the day after), enough towels for all, even the extra not paying guest, big enough table and enough chairs to sit 4 in a double room, table at the balcony too, laundry hanger and pegs, FULLY equiped kitchen with cutlery (not just two forks and a spoon as many give and say I have an equiped kitchen) plates, mugs and glasses for water and wine, pots, pans, spaggeti drainer, literally everything you would need on holiday to make simple meals for the family, including a good knife to peel stuff, citrus juicer (not electric), kitchen towel to dry the dishes (which he changed with the linen), a mat for hot pans, a shaker to make your frappe (not leaking), kettle, coffee maker for filter coffee, toast maker, fridge of course (that worked properly and had ice cube tray), a sparkling clean cooker with oven, sponge for the dishes, soap for the dishes (and the details one loves, I am an environmental scientist and was THRILLED to see he had bought PLANET, the only truly biodegradable dish soap with EU ecolabel in greece and more expensive in the super market), a clean cloth to wipe the sink, safety plugs for the sockets with key for little kids, anti-tobacco candles, tv of course, food delivery menu (not serving themselves but from a nearby taverna), soap, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, anti-slip mat in the shower and a proper curtain so that you won't need to mop (many of the above sound obvious but they are not in many apartment-rooms at this price range) and everything did not look cheap or looked like it will fall apart once touched and was clean enough to make me happy. Basically, it looked like he had payed a bit more for his stuff to make it look and feel better, and it does. Even the sound proofing of the room was better than I expected. Nothing broken, overused or dirty. Nice decoration. Only bad thing, small balcony (but enough) and you could see/be seen from neighbouring balconies, and in the afternoon, when the sun set and was all over the balcony, no tent. Did not mind.
The overall facility:
1) had a nice grassy fenced garden with shade in the afternoon, great for kids to roam by themselves with shaded kiosk for parents. At the front of the building, a bar/cafe with tables out in the garden too served drinks and "fast" food (pizza, waffles, club sandwich etc) at decent prices and decent quality. 
2) playground toys, swings for all ages, slide, a toy-house, a small table and stools for kids to draw, bouncy toys etc was nice enough to spent two nights "in" because we couldn't get our daughter to leave. 
3) across the beach-front road, tables also available right at the edge of the beach and the total distance from room to water probably not more than 200m. 
4) Plenty of parking space
5) close to other cafe/bars, tavernas etc
6) beach infront good
Maybe not a good choice for those looking for absolute peace & quiet? Kids truly loved that garden and there was a bunch of them every single afternoon running around. Never early in the morning though, and most days they were quiet by 11-12pm. 
All in all I was 100% satisfied by my stay. I would blindly suggest it to anyone with kids aged from 0 - 10 years old. 
Wifi not working properly, I did not care by my tech-addicted husband was whining about it. It was the only thing.

Great stay, totally worth and good value

The location of the apartment is excellent, you cross the road and there is immediately a 5 km long beach, if you want to change the beach 3 minutes by car there is another beach almost deserted and many others still in the vicinity.
