We enjoyed our stay in this small but neat room. The property has an amazing view and you can use the adjoining hotel’s infinity pool if you buy a drink. 

The host was very friendly and even gave us a bottle of olive oil from her family farm!

Note that this isn’t a good option if you don’t have a car, as the village is down a very steep road - not far in distance, but quite a climb!

Friendly host, great view

Our living room was very pleasant in a room overlooking Pylos Bay. The owner is nice and friendly, the breakfast is very expensive, and we recommend doing it yourself, cleaning the rooms leaves to be desirable.

Vacation in Pylos

The hotel is locacted on the end of the Village of Pylos. Enough parking area and a brillant view makes the start and arriving easy. The hotel offers quiet and clean Rooms. We hat dinner from the menu - just fine. The pool area in the evening ist marvelouis. A nice walk to the "City" is full of places to make some photos. The Village offers enough to spend time there.

Greece from its best

Stayed here for 2 nights in a studio on the upper floor with a sea view. Fantastic view over the bay. Nice room with comfy bed and aircon. We went into town and got a takeaway breakfast and sat on our balcony as didn't rate the Philip Restaurant as had eaten there before.

Stunning View

We stayed one night at this B&B. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a room with a view of the sea. Truly the most beautiful sunset we've seen during our trip to Greece. The welcome and the right service. The midnight meal although my husband enjoyed the beef net. As a stage night it was perfect.

The hotel is situated on the edge of the Pylos - Kalamata road, and the parking is on the other side of the road, which is somewhat dangerous because of the curves that reduce visibility when crossing with suitcases.The rooms that overlook the sea have very good views of Navarino Bay.Our room had a mini-mini American kitchen, which we never used, and a two-seat balcony overlooking the back gardens.

At the edge of the highway.

The room was very small, we couldn't keep our two bags open at the same time (and we don't have giant bags); the sea view in the room is actually a port and sea view, not bad but not what I expected. The water smelled strange (maybe due to a cleaning phase?) as well as the towels.

Not at all

Excellent location with panoramic views, excellent structure, room and amenities, including cooking corner, elegant restaurant furnishings available with typical and refined dishes, cordial and available receptionist.

Eighth and final

We assume that our judgment is NOT about the structure, which we had heard very well about... but we didn't have the opportunity to stay in this B&B because of the owner, absolutely unreliable and confusing... In the previous days, she confirmed via email the availability of the room... but on the phone claimed that there was no room... and then contacted us again via email saying that the place was there, asking us what time we were arriving.

A nice Guest House just before Pylos.
We booked a room with sea view (a bit more expensive), and we weren't disappointed. The view of Pylos and the all bay is magnificient from the private balcony.
Having a car is almost necessary, since you are a bit before Pylos village but you could ( if you dare) go to the village on foot by walking along the road.
Rooms are spacious and clean and come with mosquito nests, which may come in handy.
Tina's House is joint to the Philip Hotel where, if you decide, you will take your breakfast. Only "negative" point is the breakfast ( 8euros) that is not a buffet but served directly to your table, even though it is a quite consequent one : Sunnyside egg, sausage, a bit of cheese and ham, tomato slices, orange cake and bread and marmelade.
