The owner Anazenia and staff, especially Litsa were amazing, helpful, informative and very friendly.  Anazenia, although extremely busy, took time to show us where to go around Pylos and surrounding areas.  She supplied us with a very detailed map of the best beaches and must see sights, to the very last detail including  places to eat. The apartments were spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking Navarino Bay with an amazing sunset in the evenings.  The apartments were very clean and everything that you need is supplied.  Easy private parking on the property, centrally located with a 10 minute walk to the town centre.  Approximately 20 minute drive to the best beaches in the area. We would definitely recommend  this property and would stay here again. Thank you Anazenia for your wonderful hospitality and making our stay memorable, comfortable and very enjoyable.  

Amazing property overlooking Navarino Bay

We stayed for two nights in this property which is located a little outside the centre of Pylos which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. Very nice studio with cooking corner and beautiful view of the sunset bay.

Super super studios

Rooms were awesome, with incredible views from the balconies. Sunsets to die for. Anezina was a superb 'hostess', giving us great hints on where to go and where to eat. Within walking distance from village, but it is an uphill walk back. We are all 70+ and had no problem......

Great rooms with magnificent views

Very clean accommodation on the outskirts of Pylos. Owner and staff are very friendly. On request, you get many good tips about the surroundings, museums and restaurants. Very good beds. The room had a stove and refrigerator. There was no breakfast offered. Unfortunately, the accommodation is located on a splitting main entrance road to Pylos. Even with the window closed, it is quite loud - too loud for us (point drop).

Excellent location, sparkling clean room fully equipped, breathtaking view from the balcony of our studio, 1’ drive from the center of Pylos and last but not least lovely, polite, helpful hostess Mrs Anezina. We loved everything about it, thank you!

We loved everything about it!

My husband and I loved our stay at Anezina Studios.  Named after the Owner, Anezina welcomed us with a refreshing glass of lemonade and went through the history of the area and gave us ideas of where to go during our stay.  This area of Greece is unspoilt!  It was a treat to go down to the Harbour in the evening and eat in the Harbourfront Restaurants.  There are numerous unspoilt beaches in this area, so it does help to have a car to get out and explore.
The Studios themselves are very modern and spotless.  It is obvious that a great deal of tender loving care and attention is given to this Hotel, not only in its décor but also, to give its visitors a great experience whilst on holiday.  Thank you Anezina, we will be back.
A tip for finding Hotel Anezina - As soon as you go into the town, there is parking to the right overlooking the Harbour and a road which forks left going up.  Take the turn to the left. Hotel Anezina is on the left hand side about 50 metres on.

Greece as we used to know it!

It was an exceptional place with fantastic and panoramic views loaded with hospitality and clean facilities .
 You sitting on the top of the harbor with the view of the sea , the giant rocks and this sun that carries all the romantic time that you are in search.
 Both husband and wife they’re extremely proud and they should be of their place is super clean they are very accommodating and their superb host.
 It was a visit over Greek American men with your sister and this place made our stay is super great time .

Something exceptional beauty full and priced right.

We have just spent 7 days in Hotel Anezina in Pylos and found it a wonderful base from which to tour the southern Peloponnese. The hotel has a superb setting looking out over the Navarino Bay and is just a short drive to the town below. The studio rooms are large and very well equipped. It feels as if everything is new. Anezina is a very charming and thoughtful host. She has prepared very detailed information about all the best sites and beaches in the area which we found very useful in addition to our own guide books. It's a quiet location and we loved sitting on the balcony in the early morning and late evening just looking out over the bay and the town. Thoroughly recommended and good value for money

Perfect pad in Pylos

We've never seen such an honest and hearty hotel owner, always engaged, informative without offering, but offering everything she could. The room was generously equipped with a quiet air conditioning. The TV also had Astra and thus almost all public-law German programs. WLAN was very good. Nescafé was free in the room. Shower was a little narrow. On the spacious balcony it was sometimes a little noisy. There was little to be heard in the room, however. The walk from the promenade to the hotel can be a little strenuous for less sporty people. Taxi costs 3.5€, or hotel owner. We recommend asking the house and coming back.

You can't be more friendly.

The hotel is located in the heights of Pylos and each room has a terrace with a beautiful view! The cleanliness is exemplary from the reception to the rooms and everything else. The owner is extremely manic, the smallest corner is bricked! It is a pity that there is no breakfast but you have 2 options; either make breakfast in my room because it is a studio with all the amenities, or not to go to take breakfast at the reception to the rooms and everything else.
