We stayed for 5 days at Peroulia Beah Houses and it was wonderful! I can recommend this place to every person, family, young or old.

The staff was very friendly. Delicious food. The units are exceptionally clean. Free towels on the Beach. Couldn't have wished for a better place to start our holidays!

If you are looking for the perfect Beach house, don't look further!

We stayed for quite a long period during the summer, only to be amazed by the friendliness, politeness and professionalism of its staff and the facilities offered by Peroulia Beach Houses. The sea was magnificent, the service was everywhere impeccable, be it at the beach, the bar, or the restaurant and we had a great time with the family. Rooms have been quite and very clean. All in all a highly recommended place.

We stayed 2 days mid June, best time as it's not too hot neither too crowded. House clean n nice, the beach is great. 
We've had better drinks in our lives, but that didn't really mattered.

But the best is the front beach restaurant, home made meals, and the service, exemplary: e.g., we've got a malfunctioning fridge...and in half an hour we've got a new one. We appreciate a diligent service rather  than perfection, and that's why they've got their reputation. Congrats to the owners!! Really a pity we couldn't spend more time here.

Superb

We stayed at the Peroulia Beach Houses for two weeks this past July with two families (two separate houses, one next to the other). Like a previous reviewer, I would also love to keep the place a secret! From our balcony we had a view of the sea.
The Beach Houses and Restaurant are a family owned business. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every three days. Contrary to most internet pictures of hotels/ vacation homes, the real place was much nicer than the pictures! The house had all the basics, and even a small TV (although only really local channels).  There was no microwave or oven, but that really isn't necessary and we didn't miss it at all. 
If you don't mind being in a small quaint village with some crazy narrow roads and not being constantly entertained, this is the place for you as a couple or for a family. The  local super market is about a 10 minute drive away.
The sandy beach is literally a one-minute walk down the road and apparently quite well known by the locals and to Greeks living in the larger surrounding cities. We spent our time both travelling to the sites nearby as well as just relaxing on the beach, which was so convenient for us as the kids could go back and forth to the house anytime they pleased.
We enjoyed both cooking and eating in the family restaurant and trying out the typical delicacies of the region!
Also, don't miss the nearby town of Koroni, which we found to have a much better atmosphere than Kalamata.

Excellent Place to stay for a family or couple

Had a great week staying in the upstairs apartment in the picture, it gets the best views from the balcony.  We were a couple so did not use the second bedroom which had a single and bunk beds and its own balcony at the back. There is just the restaurant and bar between you and the beach.  The apartment is clean, serviced every two days and with basic equipment for self catering though we only made breakfasts there as the food in the restaurant was so good.  The staff were very friendly and helpful and I am sure would have been happy to assist with any specific needs. The lower apartment might be better if you have small children at risk of climbing over the balconies.  We were there the first week of September and it was busy for the weekend but less so during the week but still enough people around to feel quite vibrant but perhaps not for you if you want nightlife on hand.  The beach is a good stretch of sand with loungers and umbrellas free for residents and would be a safe beach for children as it does not shelve steeply.  Also the view of the mountains of the Mani is a real bonus, plus I saw a pipefish in the shallows!

Good apartment by the beach

Excellent apartment, beautiful view from the toplevel. A very friendly, hard working,  family owns the apartments and the restaurant. The area is so beautiful, really worth visiting. We combined our trip with a stay in the mountains as well, near Kalavrita. Best holliday we had in years as a family, everybody was happy :-)

Fantastic

We spent two weeks staying at Peroulia Beach Houses in late September 2014 and we loved it. The area is quiet. The appartments are well equipped, clean and spacious. The owners and the staff are really friendly. The food (our favourite bit) was wonderful, authentic and fresh. The fish was excellent. The beach (2 minutes away) is beautiful sand with blue water and the view of the mountains is stunning.
