The Cosmos hotel has the great location - in a minute your are on the beach or in a few minutes walk you are in old city. This is a boutique hotel with 18 spacious rooms with kitchenette. Clean. Staff - kind.

Great hotel!

Hotel is very nice and clean, rooms are cleaned every day and towels and sheets are changed regularly. Room is spacious and perfect for two, terrace is small but enough for everything that you need on a vacation. The owner is very friendly and helpfull.
The hotel is located in a quiet street, in city centre. We will be back again for sure!

Beautiful place to stay during your vacation!

Nice hotel on the quet street. Very good location: close to the beach and close to the old tawn. Clean rooms, white towels. There is small kitchen in the room.

Very good location and the best staff!

we liked our  room on the first floor with modern,nice furniture and  bath. You reach the beach in few minutes. The big supermarket is around the corner and also a lot of  restaurants. For us was very important good wi-fi connection  Room was cleaned every day.and towels changed every second day.  We asked for another room and got it from kind staff. Would like to stay there again.

Pros: close to the beach, isn’t that expensive, 

Cons: if you aren’t eating at a restaurant every single day then this hotel isn’t for you as it has no knives, dishrags, sponges, very few plates, no cutting board, no oven. Also the AC unit leaks so much water that the balcony gets flooded every day so you have ti walk around in dirty, sand filled water around your apartment, also when asked to do something about the AC unit overflowing, we we’re simply told that it was our fault and that we shouldn’t leave the balcony door open when the AC is on which is impossible in the first place because it shuts off when you leave the door open. The “manager” then proceeded to dump the filthy water all over the balcony and smudge it around our apartment. Everything is cleaned with water and dish soap so you can imagine how dirty it can get. The kitchen is maybe the worst part as its so small you can barely cook. The place looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages, only on the surface with water and dish soap. Also a big problem is the fridge which doesn’t cool the food, overflows and when we came in the apartment for the first time everything was soaked. There is no freezer and since there is no dish rag or a sponge you have to use your towels to clean the dishes I guess.

All in all not the worst hotel I’ve been in but I won’t be a return customer.

Poor hygiene, rude staff, non existent kitchen

Lovely hotel, ideally located. The neighborhood is quiet. Next to the beach, only 2 minutes walking! Old Town is 5 minutes walking. There are many restaurants and bars nearby in the coastal road. Comfortable large rooms. Giorgos, the receptionist was a great guy!! 

Lovely hotel, great staff!

Had a very pleasant experience here. Room service was great and room was very clean and neat upon arrival. Staff was easy to communicate with and are extremely friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Family trip to Taipei

My boyfriend and I came and stayed for the weekend at this hotel and we found it amazing! First of all, it is very very clean. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony. The washroom has a hydro-massage shower which was very relaxing. The room also contains a kitchenette! The staff is so accommodating and kind and made us feel right at home. 
What I also really liked about this hotel is its location. It is located by the seaside and very close to the city center. So it was very quiet and at the same time just a few minutes walk from the city center. In the morning when we wanted some coffee and breakfast, I asked the receptionist and she was very helpful and gave me directions to the closest bakery which was just a minute away on foot. 
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. We had a great time, it was JUST what we were looking for!

Fabulous!!!

Cosmos Hotel is right in the center of Rethimno , a few steps away from the sea ! I think its a must if you decide to visit Rethimno ! The room was clean and specious and everyone in the hotel are super polite and kind !

Very nice hotel , in the Center

This is my third times back to the Cosmos Hotel. My experience with the hotel is nothing less than great! I loved the new burger place at the lobby of the hotel too. ;)
The staffs as usual are super friendly and we always enjoyed the interactions with them. Be it for business or leisure, the hotel never fails to deliver excellent service and courteous greetings.;)
