Vacation Property Rental Terms and Conditions

Security Deposit Policy

As part of our commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, a security deposit policy is in place for all rentals.

Security Deposit Amount: A security deposit of €1,000 will be authorized upon check-in. This deposit serves as a safeguard against any damage or breakages that may occur during your stay. Please note, this amount will not be charged unless damage is found upon inspection.

Payment and Collection: The security deposit will be pre-authorized upon check-in. This amount will not be charged unless there is evidence of damage or breakages during your stay.

Conditions for Non-Charge: The security deposit will not be charged and the pre-authorization will be released after check-out, provided the following conditions are met:

No damage or breakages to the property, its contents, or fixtures.

All keys, remote controls, and other provided items are returned.

The property is left in a clean and orderly state.

Damage Assessment:

Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately.

If damage is found upon inspection, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the pre-authorized security deposit.

If the cost of damages exceeds the security deposit, the guest will be liable for the additional amount.

Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of part or all of the security deposit.
