What was bad

the breakfast was bad, the woman working at the breakfast was lovely, congested, in good condition The hotel did not meet its expectations. We got one room which was really moldy. The paint on the wall is peeling off and the toilet is really moldy. The walls and the shower curtain are completely covered in mold. We tried to sleep there one night but we got symptoms because of the mold and got a new room. In the second room, we looked under the mattress and found a bed bug's shir. We complained about the room and got a third room. At this point, we would have already wanted the money back, but it didn't work out because we had booked a room through zenhotels.com. We were contacted zenhotels by email and once they answered and promised to be in touch with the hotel. After that we didn't hear from zenhotels. The third room was just fine. But the showerhead fell on the floor and broke and one morning the toilet didn't flush anymore. We complained about them right away in the morning,but they didn't fix the toilet until 11:00 p.m. They never fixed the shower. I got some rash on my skin and went to a doctor in my home country where it is being examined.
