When I arrived, I put my hands in my hair. I had seen on the map that it was near the airport, but I didn't realize that it was right behind the runway! The planes that landed and took off you could feel them and see them. I wanted to escape! We stayed and we found ourselves very well because the rooms are soundproofed and the rest of the time is spent around. Nikos is a man of few words, speaks a little English (but you get it) and runs the studios and the beach bar in a decided and efficient way. The structure is well maintained, the rooms are recent as renovation and furnishings, used as a kitchen and stove.

Nikos, a character!

I strongly recommend this facility, not so much for the area, which is still a little popular and very close to the airport, but rather for the lack of warmth of the owners, the very small room (we were assigned a single room to which they obviously added a bed), the bathroom two meters by one, with bathroom, toilet and shower attached and very mediocre cleaning!!!! Purchased through the agency was not even cheap!!!

It's all bad!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one week in June and I cannot say anything 
negative about this accommodation. The rooms are very well furnished, a nice beach with a great beach bar is just across the street and Pythagorio city with lots of restaurants and services is just a few minutes by car. We could see the airport from our balcony, but the airplane noises weren’t disturbing our sleep as there is no arrival or departure during the nighttime. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone who wishes to have a calm vacation nearby Pythagorio.

Great accommodation 

We stayed there from September 1-11, 2018. I have absolutely no negative remark relating to this accommodation. It is clean and well-maintained, the cafe bar across the street is extremely pleasant, as well as the beach, it is peaceful and relaxing by all means. Even the vicinity of the airport runway is not disturbing because there are no early morning or late evening flights (yet). There is a large and fenced parking space right beside the villa. For those preferring to stay by the pool, it is absolutely clean and quiet and not many people go there as far as I could see. There is a shower and various chairs around to lounge in. In my opinion, this place will satisfy the needs of both families with children, young couples, friends and even older couples with less mobility (bus station is in front of the hotel, however the buses are rather unreliable and rare, but nevertheless). For touring the island, it is absolutely necessary to have a car/bike/whatever means of transportation. 
Note: the rooms on the ground floor had a huuuuge mosquito problem during our stay, hence it is necessary (for survival) to use anti-mosquito tablets all the time, including spirals and to ensure that mosquito nets are closed all the time (the cleaning lady tends to keep them open and when you return in the evening the ceiling is black with the said blood-suckers). 

All in all, my sincere recommendations for Nikos studios!

impeccable accommodation

Very cozy structure, modern furnished apartments, excellent cleanliness. The beach is a few meters from the hotel run by the owners themselves, the beach reflects the hotel for efficiency and courtesy.

What a lovely vacation.

It’s our second time staying in Nikos studios and once again we are really happy with our choice. Big clean rooms with all the needed stuff included, a nice clean pool and most importantly a great location with an excellent beach bar next to the rooms where you can get whatever you feel like! Strongly recommended!

I was here for a week and it was perfect. Studios are near the beach (just across the street). Room is beautiful, small kitchen where is everything you need, room service is also good. There is also a beautiful swimming pool. Just a great acommodatiom for really good price👍🏻

Amazing place

We stayed for a week in a room not very large but cozy, equipped with a small and comfortable cooking corner.The cleaning is carried out daily, sheets changed twice a week!The staff is kind and available.The good location for those who do not like confusion very much, although in 20 minutes on foot you can reach Pythagoras!Very beautiful and cozy beach in front of the structure, always managed by the owners of the studios!It is worth it!!!

Eighth

From start to finish we loved staying at Nikos Studios. Greeted by Nikos and family. So so so nice. They even gave me an egg to cook in my room since I forgot to buy. Sunbeds on the beach --fantastic. Great drinks! Rooms clean, big, a/c, tv. Perfect . I can't wait to come back in a few weeks and stay longer. Only 5 minutes away by car to the harbour if you have to go there.

Loved it!!

I stayed at nikos studios from 05/08/2012 to 12/08/2012 and, overall, I found myself fine. The room was simple, but very nice, with the blue walls that gave a nice youthful touch, a little small, but to sleep in the evening (because we spent the day around the island!) it was more than adequate! It also had a delicious terrace with a swimming pool view that was perfect for a nice breakfast in the morning...one flaws: the air conditioning and the paid safety deposit box (respectively 56€ and 16€ a week) and the proximity to the airport, although, to be honest, being a small airport and closed at night, it didn't disturb too much! The structure is also equipped with a small indoor park with a swimming pool that was perfect for making a nice breakfast in the morning...one flaws: the air conditioning and the paid security box (respectively 56€ and 16€ a week) and the proximity to the airport, even if, to be a small airport and the night closes, the facility is not too much!
