We stayed there two weeks in June 2019. The studio was nice and clean. The beds were ok. The kitchen was enough for us to make coffee and tea and simple breakfast. Our studio was on the street side, so we had to keep all the windows and doors closed because of the traffic noise. So we had to buy air condition (10 euros per day) that we could sleep well, but it was worth the money. Effie was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Dias Studios. 

Very nice and clean spacious studio

Nice room at the top of Dias with a fine view over the harbous of Pythagorion. Close to everything: shops, restaurants, car rental, the beach and not to forget - the Airport. Only ten minutes transfer with taxi.

Nice september in Samos 2016

The Dias is located in a very central position, one hundred metres from the main path of Pythagoras. The structure is new and very well maintained. Our room, number 15, is located on the top floor, is really spacious, very clean and has a large terrace with a fantastic view.

Apartment in the center of Pythagoras

Dias Studios are in a side street off of the main street with shops leading to harbour.  Rooms cleaned 6 days week and linen changed every 3 days. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Kettle and coffee machine provided which is progress for a Greek island.
Good choice of Tavernas all around harbour.  Good choice of food at reasonable prices.

Amazing view (if you book sea view)

This place is amazing. Close to the beach, close to everything you need on a relaxing vacation. Im here with my friend and have just been relaxing by the pool. The people working here are so friendly and it feels like home. Definatly a hotel/apartment to come back to! 

Perfect to the price

We often pass through Samos having friends both in Patmos and Thessaloniki. So we prefer to stay in Pythagoras because it is not far from the airport and ships to and from Patmos arrive and depart from this port. The Dias studios are very convenient, can be easily reached on foot from the port and are located in a fairly quiet road. It is also possible to take advantage of the hotel's small parking lot. The owner, Effie, carefully manages these studios which are furnished in a simple but functional, very clean and spacious way. Those that do damage on the back are more quiet and from the balcony you can also enjoy the sea view on the port of Pythagoras. They are very close to the central road where you can find supermarkets, shops, and insurance agencies.

Comfortable and clean

The studio's are very nice and clean. As all accommodation in Greece bathrooms are small, showers show some problems. All in all they are top. The location is perfect. The area is quiet, still only 150 m from the main street and another 150 from the harbor, with all its bars and restaurants. We can without any doubt recommend Dias Studios

Good studio's, Excellent location

The Effie and Nikos sisters operate a very nice small apartment complex near the Pythagorean Museum. The location is absolutely optimal, easily on the slope overlooking the city or the port. All studios are very clean and well equipped. Price/performance is absolutely optimal here.
