We came here with a package travel agency. Only after we read the reviews and we were a little scared but once here, we had a pleasant surprise. the owners are always available (certainly maybe a few more smiles...), the room was clean even though it was true that there were some things missing (bathroom lights to change, took a little wobbly) and that everything was improving, it wasn't even as dramatic as many describe it.

Much better than expected.

The owner was rude, rude, the shower was not working, two stoves were only one door to the apartment that didn't close, the owner was disastrous, maybe they got the wrong job.

Avoid It Absolutely

Today we came back from this wonderful vacation we stayed for 15 days at TRIANTAFILLAS we were very nice and very available the property is kept very clean, the apartment is clean.every 2 days cleaning rooms at 6:30 in the morning cleaning the pool

It's wonderful.

We just spent a week in this accommodation and I would never feel like recommending it to anyone. Apartment booked through agency and with Eden Travel package, so we were completely calm. When we arrived we found a frozen reception, it seems to be there to disturb the host and not a guest. We go into the room, we turn on the air conditioner and his own makes an immediate breakthrough in the room and he attacks us verbally to talk about the air conditioner. At the time of booking it was NOT written by ANY part of the tent that was an extra cost, but for an extra fee it is inserted into the rotating room. Despite the excuses, that a cold-minded postman couldn't even turn on the door, the door was closed, and the door was closed, and the door was closed, and afterwards I didn't see you in the room, and he verbally assaulted us for turning on the air conditioner.

Curse in the pure state

The place wouldn't be so bad then but unfortunately the owners are rude and ignorant never seen such arrogant behavior cmq poor conditions like air conditioning tends almost nonexistent at the windows mediocre breakfast and always the same things expressed in payment otherwise really nasty coffee not really recommended

Welcome to the cold and grumpy owners. They're antipathy people. Careful if your child has the misfortune of dirtying his sheets. You feel like they're bothering you and that they're the ones who paid for our stay.... Really avoided. The weather costs 5€/day and we're not allowed to pay for these services by bank card! Wi-Fi is not available except in the pool. The food in the bar is expensive and not good. Be careful if your child has the misfortune of dirtying his sheets. You've been made to grunt by the owner in front of everyone in the pool!

Flee! Unless you like the cold and grumpy people

First impression - nice and tidy place. 
Just after 10 min all just got from bad to worse. Owner is stressed, talking poor english, asks for 3,5 Eur and then says that air conditioning is extra for 10 Eur/day (we had 2 bedroom apartment).  We took it because it was 32 degrees outside and we have 3 kids. Air conditioning is loud so that you wake up during the night and it is situated just above you're head. No conditioning in the kitchen. 
Our baby bed was also not in the room at the arrival, had to ask for that, owner brougt a bed but without a mattress, just with a folded blanket as a mattress. 
Kitchen was small, but the hot plate was even smaller. You can't put pan and a pot on the same time, no place for that.
The most terrible thing is that during a siesta we woke up because the owner was yelling at someone. At first in greek, but then there words like "get out" and "bastard". We heard kids crying and mother yelling back. Don't know what was that all about, but we felt really bad as guests in such a nervous and aggressive place. If i read the rewiev from 2nd August wright, he was yelling at guests! Just crazy, never seen or heard something like that.
A day before checking out, i asked the owner is it possible to stay for extra Eur in the room till 15:30, because then is our Transfer to Airport (Check out in Greece is normaly 11:00). The answer to that was "NO". Without checking if somebody is arriving, just "NO!". We spent the time from 11:00 to 15:30 mostly at the beach. When we picked up our luggage and left the place, we saw that the room, at least kitchen was still not cleaned. Why such a strict "NO"? 
Cleaning was just 2 times during the 7 day stay. So if you make some seafood like schrimp and baby has a diper full, you need to take the garbage somewhere yourself, otherwise in such a heat the place smells.
Did not buy anything to eat or drink at the place cause it was just too expensive.
If possible look for another place to stay, maybe with an owner who likes what he does...
P.S. Probably the owner is going to yell at somebody when he reads this comment..

Nice apartement in middle of nowhere with terrible owner! Don't go if you have kids!

The host has become handy at checkout (family with 2 children 7/9) and has been dismissed as bastards without reason.The unfriendliness has been noticed by all guests.The bed was broken, breakfast was always the same(2 pieces of white test with cheese) but there is nothing you can do because the hosts are so aggressive.

Aggressive hosts

For those who are ready to explore the island and will not stay in all inclusive hotels with bunch of non-local people is this place very relaxing. Its a clean and simple facility close to largest beach on Rhodos. Almost same distance to Lindos and Rhodos city. We like to windsurf and kids will try it so next time we go to aegean sea. Kalimera olimera :-)

Relaxing

The kitchen corner is well equipped, we just want to separate the board and the hatch... there is a TV, one Russian-language channel - Russia24. Conditioner didn't use the room. We want to observe the cleanliness of the hotel's apartments. We want to observe the cleanliness of the hotel's apartments all day long, but every week there are two cars in the park.
