Wow. What a view! Superb clean room with plenty of space. Had balcony/sun beds plus great Hot Tub
Wonderful breakfast brought to your room. Staff were amazing. Had meal upstairs in Finari Restaurant. Food was excellent. Recommend book table beforehand. Hotel organised taxi from port to hotel. Staff were there to meet us and take cases some 10 minutes to hotel in centre. Same for going back. Did charge 30 Euros to take 2 heavy cases. Well worth it! Hotel was in great location. Highly recommended.

Fantastic views over the caldera. Comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast. Discount in restaurant upstairs is appreciated and the food is really good.
Caring, friendly, helpful staff. The only negative is paying €20 to have someone take your bags down to your pickup point on departure or push through the masses yourself. Given the price of accommodation and there is no alternative, it should be included.

Great!

This was an absolutely fabulous stay.  Perfect location, easy access to restaurants and shops nearby, but also a great location for getting to the Oia (we did the hike, which we highly recommend) and for transporting down to the Red Beach, where we did a Catamaran tour, and of course to the port for catching a Ferry.  
We stayed in room Maria, which was a large clean room that the cleaning staff kept spotless and well stocked with clean slippers, towels, etc.  
We loved the balcony, got great use of the hot tub, and the views were spectacular.  
Thanks to Dimos and Stavroula (hope I spelled your names correctly) who really made our stay at Fanari something special.  They were incredibly nice and super helpful.  They also made and served a large excellent breakfast each morning that was perfect for starting the day.  Be sure to use the restaurant as well, which not only has some great dishes and excellent service, but the views…wow! 
We highly recommend staying at the Fanari Suites.

Perfection

I had a very pleasant stay for a few days. This location is very good, with a superb view of the sunset. The guests receive a considerable discount at the restaurant, which is quite well rated and has a superb view and the food is quite ok. I recommend with all my heart.

Very pleasant holiday

We were impressed by the view outside our room and the room looks exactly like the pictures in their website. There were amenities in the bathroom together with the bathrobe as well. The drinks in the fridge is free and there are some snacks for free too. The stairs to the Old Harbour is just outside of the hotel. It is within walking distance to everything in Fira! Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops et... It is also within walking distance to The Three Bells and Skaros Rock. We dipped in the jacuzzi for our sunset view on our first night there.

The room booking comes with free breakfast. It was simple breakfast and yet very fulfilling.  And we were impressed that they served the breakfast exactly at the indicated timing. We also ordered from the restaurant for dinner (20% off for hotel guests), both the mussels and grilled sea bream were impressive. The texture of both dishes was just nice. Oh forgot to mention that we were served Welcome drink (wine or beer) with a local snack! (refer to the photo)

The staff were very friendly and always try their best to accommodate. Shoutout to Dimos who served us our breakfast and the dinner that I ordered from the restaurant. He was super friendly and reminded us that the weather will be windy. He carried our heavy luggage to the bus terminal (with a fee) for us to catch our bus to airport although I made the request quite last minute. Stavroula who helped us with our check in/out and ordering of breakfast was always smiling.

Overall we had a very good stay with Fanari Vista Suites and will recommend it to our friends and family who plan to visit Santorini.

An Unforgettable Stay

Just returned from 1 week at the Fanari Vista Suites travelling from Scotland. This accommodation is absolutely amazing cannot recommend it enough. Stavroula in reception was great at helping organise our trips and transport etc and also organised a surprise birthday meal for me which was absolutely perfect. But the star of the show is most definitely Dimos, from the first time we met him when he was carrying our luggage to the suites to the last time was always first class customer service. Dimos could not be more helpful, breakfast was outstanding we looked forward to it every day. Thanks you for making our holiday so special. We hope to return :)

Perfect 40th Birthday celebration 

Cannot recommend highly enough.  Amazing view.  Spacious accommodations.  Comfortable bed.  Wonderful patio with jacuzzi.  Located in heart of Fira but tucked below the Fanaris restaurant, a quiet oasis.
But, the main reason to stay is Dimos, who attended to our every need and made it fun.  It is true that reception closes at 6 pm, but Dimos seems to be there 24/7, just up the steps in the restaurant.  You will not be disappointed.

Quiet Oasis in Fira

We spent 4 nights at Fanari Vista Suites & I can assure you it’s the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced from all the staff. 
From reception to restaurant experience, morning breakfast, luggage carrying, house cleaning & everything in between, this establishment is 2nd to none & we will definitely be back. 
A very special mention goes to Dimos as he was there every morning cooking/serving  our breakfast to our table overlooking the spectacular view, serving us in the restaurant for dinner till late, carrying our luggage & always with a smile on his face & good conversation to make our stay the best we’ve ever experienced.

Unforgettable experience

Amazing place .views to wake up to Amazing and breakfast on terrace Amazing!!! Dimos was a star so helpful carried cases along the cobbled streets like superman ! Brought our breakfast every morning at our stated time . Hot tub was great after a long climb . Clean towels, robes every day, room spotless couldn’t be better situated,
Restaurant above 20% discount food good service and staff wonderful (Dimos ) again!! & team . Highly recommend would go back .

Amazing!!!!

We decided to make a booking at Fanari Vistas Suites. Best decision  ! ! Perfect location near  restaurants, tours, shopping and to explore. Dimos was amazing ! ! He carried our luggage all the way to our room from our transport. Dimos served our lovely breakfast at our suites daily. Everything was clean and perfect. Very quiet because if soundproof. Stavlouva at reception assisted us with transportation and had a lot of knowledge about Santorini, tours etc. Highly recommended! Our room was anazing with a lounge area, bedroom and Greek bathroom. The hot tub was incredible. Will definately  stay there again. Lovely restaurants upstars.
