The whole place is very good in all aspects.
The location is quite , far from crowded areas. The rooms are big with nice beds, and balconies with a view to the other end of the island . Room cleaning on daily basis.
TV sets in the rooms with international channels. Breakfast is good, served by staff. The swimming pool nice and clean with comfortable sunbeds around . Free parking available within the premises.
The staff is polite with very good service, including the owner, who takes care of things in person whenever necessary. 
In general, a very good place to stay at Santorini at affordable price at the end of May.
It is highly recommended.

I stayed 8 days in Sigal Villa with my two children aged 10 and 14 years between 10 July 2022 and 18 July. We were welcomed very late at night by the owner Epiphanio. We stayed in an apartment with mezzanine, bathroom (shower + WC) and a small kitchenette (2 electric cooking plates), a fridge, and everything needed to prepare snack meals (pastes, omelets etc.). A small terrace and breathtaking views of the caldera. It was magical, whether in the evening or in the daytime. Breakfast is served in a terrace covered by Epiphanio. It is very spacious and good (a small kitchenette, a car, a crêno, a confiture, etc.) so you don't need to be left behind to live, but it's a great hotel located in the southern part of the city.

Very nice reception and spectacular view of the caldera

Located 20/30min from the towns of Oia and Fira, the establishment is quite far from the crowd, which for us was a plus. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom convenient and with some storage. The pool is beautiful, the view is magnificent, and most of all almost away from the screws. I disagree with the other comments about the pdj, Epifanio the boss folded in 4 with a smile to prepare us with a nice breakfast with quality products. For the price, obviously we couldn't wait for caviar at breakfast otherwise we would have gone to a 5* school in Imerovigli. Very good school, to be among the crowd, let's go to Akrotiri, please don't visit my friends, thank you very much for your advice on finding our restaurants.

The best hotel we've ever stayed in

Excellent stay even if only for 2 nights. Very nice staff: they arranged a transfer, had us find scooters directly in the hotel and gave us many useful instructions. Breakfast every day different and well organized in compliance with Covid standards.

A quiet corner in Santorini

What a lovely hotel that is run by lovely people! Perfect service!!  
I would definately recommend this if you want to experience a lovely time in Santorini.

Great hotel & service!

The hotel is excellent, super well located with a spectacular boiler view, and close to the famous red beach beach. The rooms are spacious and the hotel owner and staff are extremely polite and super attentive to guests. The breakfast is wonderful, full and with a varied menu. It was definitely an amazing and unique experience!!We love it!

Wonderful hospitality

Small cycladic complex located on the heights of Akrotiri with a very nice view of the caldera. The terrace is however surrounded by poles and electrical wires, which really spoils the view. The establishment is run by its owner, very nice, you will often see it accompanied by Billy, his faithful knopita! impeccable cleanliness everywhere, beautiful pool with turquoise water in the middle of a large terrace, easy to calm people. We had a very nice night in the rdc next to the pool. The room is very comfortable, the small air conditioning is quiet and effective. The restaurant is very nice and delicious: this is a very good price for products, 600 euros for 7 nights with a small breakfast, I hadn't changed the breakfast at the hotel, but I would have told you that I hadn't made a lot of money in the hotel, but I would have asked you to pay a lot of money in the restaurant.

It's a very well-maintained structure with very spacious rooms. We've even stayed here twice in two weeks. impeccable cleanliness and incredible kindness of the owners. Nadia and especially her father are two delicious people! Abundant and varied breakfast! Plus the addition of Billy, the cat of the facility, which makes breakfast more fun.

It's lovely!

We stayed in this property for 5 nights. The property is very beautiful and well maintained and is located in the south of the island, in Akrotiri, about 20 minutes from the port and airport. Outside there is a car park and a nice swimming pool with a large surrounding space with bunk beds and tables where you can relax in peace. The rooms are impeccable, very spacious, well maintained, clean and fragrant. Breakfast is excellent, varied and abundant. During breakfast the owner and his simple cat Billy will keep you company. The staff is courteous, kind, welcoming and very available. Very highly recommended!

That's wonderful!

We had there very good time! We stayed there for 7 night! For us was a bit too far to the beach- to walk about 4 kilometers. But for us was great because we wanted to rest from world! A bit of silence! Rest from duty work. The family especially Nadia she was so kind of us. We could always count on her! If we wanted to go to the restaurant she arranged for us transport. If we wanted a car she did it for us. I am so pleased to her! The room was big. Breakfast - typical Greece - every day almost the same! Nothing international! But it was very tasty! Only one minus - too far to everywhere.
