Our third holiday in Santorini and our second time staying at this perfect hotel. 

The staff are all amazing and work so hard to make your stay so enjoyable.

Breakfast on your balcony every morning, with so many items to choose from is a great start to the day, and watching the wonderful sunset on the balcony in the evening is a perfect start to the evening.

The hotel is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle and between Fira & Oia which are both within walking distance (definitely wear trainers as it is quite a cobbled path to both, with some steep pathways and steps).

There are a number of lovely restaurants also within walking distance from the hotel reception area. Our favourites being Dear Ellie & Avocado.

The rooms are beautiful, cleaned to a high standard and have everything you need.

Nothing is too much trouble, you only have to ask and the staff accommodate your request.

The name says it all!

We had the best service, beautiful suite and incredible views!  We loved the location as it’s quiet and not many people. Sofia the manager was so sweet and provided amazing service! We had the honeymoon suite with a private pool and it was worth the extra cost.

Absolute Bliss was lovely!

We arrived early afternoon and check-in was quick and efficient. Penny welcomed us very well and took us to our room. The room was stunning. Spacious and well decorated, the room had a great bed, sofas and a bathtub in the right corner. The bathroom was large and the shower worked very well. But the highlight was the balcony. In addition to being large with a table, chairs and sun loungers, the balcony had a beautiful jacuzzi. And it had a spectacular view of the sea and the entire Santorini sunset scene. Breakfast is served daily on the balcony of our room. And all the service from the hotel staff was impeccable. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel in Santorini

Fabulous staff, quiet relaxing location away from the crowds and the most stunning breathtaking views. Thanks very much for the room upgrade which we didn’t expect but enjoyed immensely. Delicious generous breakfast served daily on our terrace enjoying the incredible vista is a memory we will treasure forever. Thanks again to the warm friendly and caring staff who made our stay all the more special.

Simply stunning in every way and the best stay we have ever had anywhere in the world!!!

The team at Absolute Bliss made our 5 night stay an amazing experience. They were friendly and very helpful with advice and booking taxis.

We stayed in suite 25, which has been recently renovated to a really high standard. The room and patio were enormous: the view over the caldera breathtaking! The sunsets were amazing and better than Oia. We also enjoyed drinks on the terrace, sitting by the pool and evenings in the hot tub on the patio. 

The hotel was quiet and close to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops in the village. The wine bar next door is a must.

Lived up to the name, was absolutely blissful!

Amazing place to stay as a couple. Our balcony with hot tub felt really private (especially when compared to those you walk past on the coastal path) 
but also space around the lovely little pool to chat to other likeminded couples. Down by the pool there's free water, some books and suncream left by other guests which was handy. 

Our hot tub was also a proper hydrotherapy style, not just a basic plunge pool. 

Had a lovely welcome on arrival and the staff were all amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning views of the caldera and the sunset was as good as everyone says! Felt like we were on a 2nd honeymoon!

We got up at sunrise for the walk to Oia which worked perfectly, stopped for our packed box of breakfast at a little church half way. The packed breakfast was a simple sandwich and fruit, you could probably ask for some pastries too to make it more interesting. They also provided a frozen bottle of water which was a great touch and much welcomed as it lasted all day wrapped in our towel. The 2 hour walk was beautiful, a little steep and quite rocky in places. If we'd not stopped as long for breakfast we would have beaten the cruise ship guests to the queues for the main pictures! Check the schedule as some days have much less visitors than others. 

From Oia we went down the 300 steps to Amoudi bay, hiked round to the left (a previous landslide has wiped away some of the path so need proper shoes rather than flipflops or sandals), then enjoyed a refreshing dip in the sea - got pretty busy here by early afternoon. You could then either pay 100 Euros for a water taxi back to Imerovigli, or we walked back up the steps and found the hourly bus (on time), cost 2 Euros all the way to Fira, enjoyed a kebab and ice-cream then finished the coastal walk back to our place for a dip in the pool! 30k steps all in!

Booked a meal at the nearby Ammilos Restaurant Kasimatis by La Perla. Didn't seem to be full which surprised us for a Friday night in July. Amazing service and much better value than some of the other restaurants we passed on the way to Oia. Great spot for 3 nights away, totally recommend!

Definitely Absolute Bliss!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful, from offering us wine upon our arrival from the airport to calling taxis and offering traveling tips during our stay there. They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite and we had the most amazing view of the caldera and sunset. The breakfast was delicious and was served to us on our balcony every morning. It was very peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!!

At this hotel, it's all about the view!  Wonderful views overlooking the Caldera.  

The furniture in the rooms were a little tired and could use a refresh.   The in-room safe in our room was not working despite multiple attempts by the staff to fix it.

Be aware that these hotels are built into the side of the mountain.  The suites are very private and unless you are at the pool, you really don't see other guests. 
Keep in mind, there are many steps to get to your suite.  We counted 135 steps from the street level to the pool.  ... sneakers are a must!

Breakfast was good, although, there are not many options.  The pool is nice, they leave water and some sodas in a room off the pool.  But, it is not monitored or replenished.  There is a pool phone, so you can call Reception to order drinks.  They also put out 1 bottle of wine that is complimentary.  Once that is finished for the day, you have to purchase the wine.  

The staff are wonderful and were super helpful in getting our luggage up and down those stairs.

Beautiful View

Out stay was perfect. We opted for the transport service from the Santorini airport. Upon arrival, the excellent concierge Penny welcomed us with a complimentary glass of beer and wine and showed us to our room. Fortunately (and unfortunately) we had room 9. 
Room 9 has no rooms below it, so there is nothing in the way of the incredible Caldera views. It's also right below the pool deck which we enjoyed. The room was beautiful, romantic and very private. The sunset from our balcony was spectacular. 
We were there for Greek Easter so we got to see the Oia midnight fireworks from our balcony too which was a real treat!
Because we were in the bottom-most room, we had the most stairs to climb any time we wanted to leave the hotel. I go to the gym every day and I'm in great physical shape, but climbing those 7 flights of stairs kicked my butt. 
The walk to Thira was easy and convenient (35 minutes). From the hotel, you can see Skaros rock. Definitely worth the hike to see the ruins. 
Staying in Imerovigli was ideal to visit all parts of Santorini. We rented an ATV for two days to visit Amoudi Bay, Oia, and Red Sand Beach. 
Loved our stay so much!

A wonderful stay at the top of the world!

Absolute Bliss is an amazing hotel in an amazing place!
We recently stayed for the third time and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Santorini. It has the BEST views with excellent rooms and breakfast delivered to your room every morning.
All of the staff are friendly and accommodating, they helped me organise proposing to my partner which went perfectly.
Thanks to Sofia and all the team. We will be back again one day!
