Here we did not find the true kindness and attention to the client that we've always found in all Greek islands. 
The room with balcony and sea view costs 140 euro per night (even more if you do not book directly with Niovi), thus it is overpriced considered the medium prices of the island, the room and the quality of the service offered. 
Bathroom is small and not comfortable, furniture is old, bed not comfortable, clean service is not daily but upon request (of course you can have it daily but expressly asking is not the same as having it automatically). There is a bad smell of sewer almost always. Shower gels are re-filled. Breakfast is ok and some products are really good, but who should take care of it is quite distracted. Tables are not cleaned timely and you often have to ask for refill of orange juice, milk etc. There is no reception and no presence of the owner at due times (except for breakfast) so if you need something you have to call. No spontaneous recommendations on where to go, how is it going.
Coming to the positive side, the view from the room is amazing (we had the n. 5) and the room is clean. 
Last but not least, no receipt/invoice has been provided to us by the owner for the amount paid for the whole stay (1120 euro).

Beautiful view, poor service

Great hotel with fabulous views over the bay. Nice home-made breakfast with friendly, helpful staff. five minutes walk to the beach and about 15-20 minutes walk to the harbour area with plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended.

Amazing view

We stayed for 10 nights in early June, and wow! What a perfect accommodation option. The rooms were big and beautiful, with a simply stunning view over the harbour. Niovi was a wonderful host, giving good advice and bringing breakfast in the morning. The food was great, often with homemade cakes from Niovi and her mother. Would recommend to anyone staying in Serifos! We will be coming back as soon as we can.

Beautiful accommodation with best view in the Cyclades!

Excellent place, all clean and nice , great view and accomodation ! Discrete owners nice breakfast for all tastes and styles ! Location near to center port and nice walks all around ! Beach of avlonas in 100 mtrs!


Excellent !!!

We stayed ( an adult family of 3) for a week and loved it. Fabulous view, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly, helpful, peaceful, family run and couldn't have done more for us. Steps and a few hundred metres to the beach and tavernas so some degree of fitness required but very little traffic so I guess you can't have it both ways. We will definitely return.

Greek excellence.

Stayed for 4 days in June, We were collected from the ferry by the host, she was friendly and during our stay her and her staff were all very welcoming. The atmosphere at breakfast was like sitting with family to enjoy a leisurely meal. The views from the apartment were stunning, a clear view over the bay and the hills beyond.
They are set out of the main area but so quiet and peaceful its well worth the walk to dinner.
A  really enjoyable time and our  stay there passed far too quickly.
a fairly quite laid back resort but in good walking country and buses available.

We stayed for a week in mid September. Our studio No.8 was clean and nicely furnished, although there was no electric kettle. Breakfasts were superb, of buffet format with home made bread, pies, cakes and jams. We enjoyed them immensely. 
The studios are located on the other side of the bay from the jetty and up a dirt road. This means that it is about a 10 min walk minimum to a number of tavernas (all good), or longer to those midway around the bay or closer to the jetty. However it is a good base to start some walks or for a number of beaches.
Provided potential customers are fit and able to get to the tavernas, then we have no hesitation in recommending Niovi studios.

Good studio, excellent breakfast

We (family of three) stayed for a couple nights at the beginning of July and were really happy that we had chosen Serifos and Studios Niovi for our first visit to the Greek islands.  It was the perfect location for us, quiet but easy walking distance to beaches and restaurants.  The views are spectacular, and breakfast was lovely.  The family who runs Niovi met us at the port, helped us rent a car, and gave great advice on places to visit on the island  -  we could not have asked for more.

Wonderful hospitality and great location

We spent the 1st week of July at the Niovi, the first thing we saw  was the fantastic  view across  the whole bay, one of the best views ,watching the comings & goings of all the boats & a great view of  the Hora,the room was OK,  kept clean ,fresh sheets & towels daily, breakfast  was OK too ,the usual plenty of choice to set you up for the day ahead,all said ,if your walking to the main part of town it's about 20 minutes along an unlit part unsurfaced road , but you can easily  hire a car/ bike or quad , the Niovi in  is a nice quiet location & everyone is helpful  & friendly
