Good experience.  Nice location. Traditional and good view.  I liked the area most of all. Few small negatives bit nothing major. The staff is helpful and the local people too! It was nice experience the whole trip

Good!

The reception is not exactly a welcoming place, although it should.
The room it was clean, but the beds need to be changed and covered not only with the sheet and the pillows was terrible.
The bathroom had curtain but it was difficult to keep it away from your body.
The room wasn't too big but well equipped. The mini bar is actually a fridge!
On the plus of the room the laminated floor (for those who hate carpets).
They have an open air parking inluded in the price, which is very convenient.
All in all it is a budget choice and worth it's money if they change the beds.

Bed and pillows got to be changed

The hotel rooms were in a very good condition.  The bathroom was renovated recently, i believe. The only problem with the bathroom was that the water from the shower was going all over the floor, in front of the toilet and there was no way to get the floor dry.  There was also an awful shower curtain, which was poor for a bathroom like that.
There was no bath mat. 
The pillow i slept on was not convenient for me.  I needed a different one and when i asked for one early in the morning i got it late at night.  It was a feather one which the feathers were coming out of the case and pricking my face.  I didn't really enjoy me sleep.  I wasn't thrilled with the mattresses too, they were too soft for me.  The hotel room was too hot.  The central air-condition was adjusted to have a hot air flow
 TOO SOON FOR HOT AIR.

A HOTEL WITH POTENTIALS

The hotel is pretty nice, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is comfortable, the shower is huge, the bed is comfortable with scented sheets, the staff is friendly and professional, the room service is fast and competent. Located about a kilometer from the city center. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, the dinner was a little standard not wide but still good.

It's a good hotel!

The hotel is fairly central at a budget price, breakfast is the usual continental one (but a bit basic) I would rate it higher apart from one problem our room smelt soooooooo bad, I think a chain smoker had been in there for at least a week with the window shut. partly our fault as we should have gone down to reception and asked for a new room but with just 1 night we could be bothered. certainly don't accept 505 as your room. oh and when we did get back in the evening the bar was shut as the barman was having a day off!

Central hotel budget price

A good overnight stay - good room with the comfiest beds in Greece by far - good food and service- reception went out of their way to help me with a business need - all in all a good experience indeed

Good value indeed

We spent a day in Serres and wanted a hotel near the city. Affordable, best location, clean, parking space, comfortable room/bed and large bathroom. Only the receptionist was a little in a bad mood but nevertheless absolutely recommended!!!

Best hotel on our round trip

Five minutes walk from the town centre, the hotel has everything needed for a short stay, only problem was the very basic breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Note that it appears to be difficult to find a car-hire company in Serres; the expectation is that most peioople arrive in the town having hired a car in Thessaloniki. However, the hotel staff managed to sort this out for us very quicly.

Good for the price

The hotel is very good, the service is excellent, for whatever reason you are in the city, I recommend the hotel, it is very close to the city center, the rooms are comfortable allowing you to rest comfortably, no problems with noise from the outside of the hotel.

Good service.

This hotel is a 3 star plus hotel in my opinion There is nothing I would have objected to. Rooms are fine. Sevice is great. The reception was helpful in all respects. The English language was good cleanliness in all respects. Up to the 5th floor with lift. The windows should not be opened to the side of the road at night, too loud. Otherwise soundproofed well. Breakfast was for 3 stars.
