First the good/OK :
The village is very nice ..a laid back place with a nice beach and several good restaurants. None of this is down to owner Tassos.
The pool is large and clean.

Now the not so good;
Studio apartment was very cramped. 
Kitchen equipment pretty limited and not all sparkling clean.
No kettle!!
Shower head was hand held only despite a wall fixture to attach (could have been "historic" l. I challenged Tassos on this but he wasn't interested and said they were all like that.So expect to hold the shower all the time when you wash. 
Breakfast is Eur 12 each but not supersonic...OJ coffee and a cheese and ham toasty , yogurt , honey and bread/jam with madeira type cake..too much sweet stuff.No fresh fruit / cereals etc.
Breakfast is the only catering and there is no bar.
Location is ok-ish but the last 80/90 metres are along a dirt track rather than a metalled road.
One big sun umbrella was lying broken ( if not fixing soon then get it away out of sight ).

Just felt not enough upkeep going on and was disappointed vs . reviews I'd read.

Botton line...you'll probably feel a bit disappointed. 

Room for improvement. 

Wonderful 6 days at Villa Antoniadis. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. 
Lovely swimming pool. Location was perfect for us. Could not fault this accommodation and would highly recommend it.
We will certainly return.

Wonderful stay in Sifnos

we chose Platos Gialos as a place to stay for 5 days. and this B&B is a 'hidden gem'! quiet location, beautiful accommodation and very friendly owners. Always ready to listen and a nice breakfast every morning. (the same for 5 days) but in the center, by the sea, there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. and you are staying at a 7-minute walk. our room was on the small side but that's all we needed. You could even leave the air conditioning on at night (very quiet). Highly recommended for those seeking peace and quiet. also accessible by car. many thanks also to daughter Maria for spontaneity and the translation for her father. Efcharisto.

Wonderfull, peaceful place to stay

We stayed three nights at this gorgeous family-run villa, and would return in a heartbeat. Our ferry arrived 2 hours late from Naxos meaning we didn’t get to the villa until well after midnight, but our host waited up for us and was absolutely delightful the whole time. Nothing was a problem. 

Our studio apartment was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen, bathroom and a/c, a clothesline, patio and direct pool
access. Rooms are cleaned every day and the surrounding grounds are immaculate.

The pool itself is solar heated, spotless and an impressive size for the maxis number of guests. There are nine rooms onsite.

The beautiful town beach is only 300m away, as are plenty of restaurants, a bakery and 3 mini markets. Breakfast is simply delightful and for €10 per person we would highly recommend you enjoy it each morning instead of making your own!

One of the best we have stayed at

My husband and I stayed here with our 9mnth old for five days. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or more lovely stay. The family who run it and the wonderful staff (especially the cleaning woman) are so friendly and accommodating.

The location is perfect if you have a child, and the pool is an absolute must-have as Sifnos gets so hot! We had breakfast on the patio every morning (including yoghurt, fruit, toasted sandwiches, freshly baked bread, sweet cake and toast - and wonderful espresso drinks!). We then spent the day at the pool or walked 5min to the beach to swim or sit and the restaurants.

The restaurants nearby are so good, we had no reason to go anywhere else. With a young child we chose not to explore the island but instead just relax by the pool and beach. This family hotel is just perfect for an easy vacation in an unforgettable location!

Perfect spot with a gorgeous, must-have pool!

We loved our time at Villa Antoniadis! It was gorgeous. The pool is fantastic. The hosts were so kind and friendly, and gave great recommendations for Sifnos. Delicious breakfast. Great rooms. Easy few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Especially perfect if you have a family or multiple couples staying together. Sifnos is extraordinary and this beach is the best. Villa Antoniadis topped it off. Best holiday.

Perfect accomodation for Sifnos!

An amazing hotel on the marvelous island of Sifnos.
Our family stayed at Villa Antoniadis for 12 days and loved every second! At this hotel they take care of small things which gives the traveller a big experience. The location is beautiful middle of all these olivetrees and very convenient from village. 
We had two rooms: Both of them was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The pool and surroundings are well maintained, cosy and beautiful. Only minus is, that it was little bit difficult to get children out of the pool.
And breakfast! Oh, that breakfast! I drool even thinking about it. 

The owner Mr. Tasos is one of a kind, in the best possible way!  "He is a good man" said thirteen-years-old several times. "He's funny" said five-years-old. He will always stay in our heart.
And we had privilege to meet Kelly, the housekeeper. She is so hard-working, kind and friendly person with heart of gold.

Very nice place to stay

We spent ten relaxing days at Villa Antoniadis in Sifnos. It was a perfect location, 4 mins walk from the beach and in a tranquil setting surrounded by olive trees. The villa is immaculate, and so relaxing. We often had the pool to ourselves and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner Thasos and his family. He would always offer us freshly ground coffee and the breakfast he served was a homemade feast. He helped arrange car hire, recommended restaurants and helped us understand the bus time table. The option of being by the pool or by the beach was another bonus of this place. We found the facilities in the room perfect and the little kitchenette useful for making small breakfasts or lunches and brews. We had a little balcony which had had great views out to sea. 
It was a pleasure to get to know Kelly who serviced the rooms. She worked so hard to make the villa immaculate and always was so warm and welcoming. She preempted all our needs. Providing us with extra pillows, dish cloths and washing up liquid. 
It was our first time in Sifnos, and we weren't disappointed. It is perfect for couples looking for a  traditional and quiet Greek island. Saying that Sifnos is very upmarket 
and everywhere is so well kept and immaculate. June was the perfect time of year to go, as being just out of season it was still quiet but everything was open. We loved Platis Gialos, it was our favourite beach on the island and Thasos and his family made this stay so special. 
I couldn't recommend staying at Villa Antoniadis more. It is half the price of many hotels in the area and yet provides more amenities than them. So well worth the money. Can't wait to go again.

Peaceful and relaxing

Very friendly hosts and housekeeper. Beautifully maintained property. We stayed 4 nights in an upper floor room with views and a breeze. Easy walk to the bus stop and to town for dinner in the evening. We planned to take a cab to the ferry on our last day. Our host Tassos called every taxi driver, but they were all booked. He saved the day and generously offered to drive us himself.

Very relaxing stay

What can I say absolutely beautiful place very clean exstremly friendly and helpful. We emailed the owner and he had a taxi meet use at the port when we arrived.Does a wonderful breakfast for just €8. Rooms cleaned every day. You step out your apartment straight to the pool and the sea is only 5 minutes walk away. Carn't wait to go back.
