I booked the Benaki hotel for my elderly parents, sister and husband. 3 rooms total for 4 nights. I wrote ahead to inform them of my parents 50th anniversary celebration. They went above and beyond to create a memorable experience by decorating their room and preparing a gift. 

The hotel location is ideal, a short walk across the street to the beach (a nice sandy beach), an abundance of delicious restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was included with lots of options. The on-site parking at no additional cost was a bonus. Wonderful, kind staff- Efcharisto para poli!!!

A stay to remember

Such a nice place to spend your holiday! The rooms are clean and everything looks brand new, and the owners are always ready to help you in every possible way.
Across the road there is a selection of restaurants and bars,right in front of the beach,which is a nice and quiet one.

Great Hotel

we were happy to get a 2nd floor room facing the sea from our balcony. the big bougainvillea still prettifies the building front. The storefronts opposite have changed but it is still an easy walk to the beach. There is a newer mini-market along there now which is handy. took us a while to find our old, fave restaurant, but closer than remembered and name changed to NUS from salt and sea. Not just standard Greek menu at all. As for the room, the bathroom door drove me a bit nuts and a second bin in the room would help. Small points. hot water was instant. Air conditioner was also quick and quiet. There is attention to decorative touches in the room and the hotel. replacing the seat cushions in the outdoor courtyard off the kitchen room would help.
So, location for bus, dining, mini-mart, beach etc great. The owners were helpful with the bus schedules and accommodating for our departure time. 

a return 5 years on and hope to again

Lovely little place opposite the beach! Sea view room and balcony good, breakfast fresh and lots of fruit. Owners friendly and helpful.Buses pass regularly to the port and village. Mini market nearby alongside the beach.
I recommend staying here i we would definitely come back here and to Sifnos! The location is good and nice area backing onto lime trees and hills.

Good location for the beach!

The hotel is located in less than 50m from Platys Gialos beach. The breakfast was very tasty. We stayed at a room with a sea view, which was very nice, clean and spacious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Totally vfm !
