We spent 2 weeks with family and friends staying in the villa Danae, one of the 5 villas of Maria Elena Villas. Comfortable structure, spacious spaces, highly equipped kitchen. The real added value of the facilities is represented by the Kostas Family, always attentive to the needs of our guests. One of them: every morning behind the door at 8:00 we received fresh bread for breakfast!

IMPECTLY accurate

We stayed in the villa Afrodite. Clean, spacious and well equipped with all the accessories useful for daily life. Swimming pool for adults and children always well kept and above all clean. The courtesy of the owners and their unconditional availability, make the place an absolutely unique place in the panorama of tourist residency offers of the Calcidica peninsula.

An Unforgettable Holiday

I had the privilege of staying at the Nepheli villa within the Maria Elena complex and was deeply impressed. This is the ideal villa for those looking for a getaway with friends or family. With 4 spacious bedrooms, a welcoming swimming pool, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach, the villa has all the ingredients for a perfect vacation.

Our host was incredibly kind and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and providing valuable local tips. Another advantage is the private parking, where you can safely park 2-3 cars without any additional cost.

For those who prefer not to cook every day, just a 10-minute walk away is a well-stocked market and a traditional tavern, where you can savor local delicacies.

Furthermore, I was surprised to see a few less positive reviews. Personally, I couldn’t understand those perspectives, given how wonderful it is here. Every experience is, of course, subjective, but from my perspective, the villa and everything it offers embody the essence of a successful holiday.

I wholeheartedly recommend Vila Maria Elena and can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise

Villa Nepheli from Maria Elena complex: Spacious Comfort, Beachside Bliss, and Warm Hospitality Await

Great rooms, excellent swimming pool and terrace. We visited as 5 adults with 5 kids for two weeks. Private beach was a 3 minutes walk with kids. Lots of other very nice sandy beaches nearby. Scenic restaurant nearby. Host was very kind, and they changed towels and did cleaning every other day.
Highly recommended. Would definitely come back!

Top location and host

Ideal villa for a group of 6 to 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one generous living room, one cosy dining room, but who wants to eat inside when you have a beautiful terrace outside, near the even more beautiful swimming pool. Surrounded by wonderful green areas, with personnel who is extremely kind and helpful, you can fully enjoy your summer vacation in Villa Afrodite.

Summer holiday in Halkidiki

We just left villa Maria. Villa is perfect - great yard,  very green,  with barbeque and place for outside parties,  fantastic views from both terasies to see, cute and romantic beach just 50 m from villa. Breakfasts are quite rich,  every 2 days whole villa was cleaned and all clothes changed. And staff is nice and helpful.

Great vacation

Although rather oddly laid out with some high steps and steps where you would not expect them, also small bathrooms the property grows on one  The pool is of a decent size all things considered.  The beach is 1min away and the road is not the main road so quiet.  The water is crystal clear and although the beach is not sandy or deep, it is completely adequate.  Some decent eating possibilities very close at hand.

Very nice atmosphere, the trees wonderful, excellent privacy.
The villa was really big, we stayed there for 1 week with our 4 children and everybody was happy!
The pool is just enough in order to get cooler...

You lose sense of time

We stayed in Villa Erato as a family of four mid August 2017 for 7 nights. After spending an enjoyable week in a 5 star hotel in Kallithea we were hugely disappointed on our arrival at Maria Elena Villas. The villa is very dark and you need a light on in the lounge during the day. The pool was a nice size and well kept but was in the shade most of the day as was the patio seating area. The seating area should be moved to the higher section by the pool where it would catch the sun and you would get a glimpse of the sea. The villa is a good size with a bedroom downstairs and a bedroom upstairs.  The upstairs area is separated by a couple of doors and if my children had been younger I would have been apprehensive about being so far away from them. When we arrived several light bulbs did not work, the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom was broke (We were in the middle of a heatwave and the room was unbearable) and the patio door to the upstairs bedroom did not lock! We pointed out these problems to Maria and Costas and they were quick to rectify them. Bulbs were replaced immediately, a new lock was fitted to the door the next day and the air con was fixed the next evening ... not sure how we survived that first night though! The hosts are lovely people and quick to help recommend local restaurants and beaches.  The beach over The road is pebbles but we enjoyed sitting there of an evening watching the sun set. We found several lovely beaches nearby  (you need a car) which had excellent watersport options that the kids loved and several had beach bars attached which created a great atmosphere. My favourite  was Isla Beach Bar at Kalogria Beach. The taverna opposite the property is nice for a spot of lunch but we found the menu limited.  Apparently the cook only cooks one special per day. Why advertise about 15 on the menu then? There was another lovely traditional taverna located about a mile walk down a dark lane (turn left out of villas) opposite Elia Apartments . This is worth a visit and the walk enjoyable catching glimpses of the moonlit sea as you go. The accommodation did feel a let down for what we paid which was far more than our previous week in a hotel on a HB basis. I guess I had just built this up to be something more than it was from the pictures and reviews I'd seen. On arrival you are provided with tea coffee milk orange juice ham cheese jam and bread. You can replenish at no cost by leaving a post it note on the front door. A fresh loaf of bread is left hanging in a bag on your door handle each day. I expected more. The villa on a whole is quite run down with old furniture. Definitely not 5star. In conclusion we had an enjoyable stay and we could not fault the kindness of the hosts but would we return or recommend .... No! If the prices were more reasonable then possibly but the accommodation is not for us and the general area a little too quiet and isolated. 

Overpriced

We've booked Villa Erato this summer for about 2 weeks. It was the best choice we could have made. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), but it can easily accommodate 6 persons as it has 2 bedrooms - each with there own bathroom and a large living area with 2 sofas.
The pool was perfect. Warm water, just large enough. 
The area is very quiet and peaceful.
The nearest  beach is about 1 min walk.
Right across the street there is a taverna.
A baker comes by every morning with a bus full of unhealthy and delicious pastry.
The owners provide a complete breakfast.
The staff is very discreet and do a great job.
In short it is surely a place we would like to return.
