I stayed 2 nights at this accommodation, mess, a lot of mosquitoes, in the bathroom I found a cockroach, grease, spiders, etc... Unfortunately, the pictures do not reflect the reality! I wouldn't come back a second time

holidays

A quiet costly place to live as compared to surrounding places which are bit cheaper than this place. But rooms are good and spacious. Really enjoyed the place but food was quiet average as comapared to money

Good

Had a trip with my friends for fun really enjoyed alot there. Staff was very nice and polite to us. Food quality was good and also affordable. All types of dishes were also available there. Overall good experince it was.

Cool stay

I reserved a superior apartment via booking.com because the pictures there were the most appealing compared to all other places available in Toroni. Afterwards I checked the reviews on Tripadvisor and was shocked because the pictures were entirely different. 

The place has recently been renovated and the apartment looked exactly like the pictures on booking.com. 
Some features are still a little incomplete and construction still went on during our stay. However, we came there before the start of the actual tourist season so the whole town was working on their houses. 

Only downside is that Douvas House is not located next to a paved road and doesn‘t have direct access to the beach. We managed alright to get there with our small rental car but it was a bit difficult. 

Douvas House was just renovated!

Мy admirations to a photographer, who made the professional photosession for this place! The photos are exellent, BUT they don't describe the reality. We were in a Superior studio (rooms in white-style colours on photos). I can't describe how it looked like in reality, that's why I will attach the photos. The house needs the professional refreshment and repair, I think, not professinal photos. And one more remark: Near the fence of the house (outside) it is too dirty. It makes bad impression. The way to the beach - "No comments"

There were some pluses in this place: Wi-fi was always good. I was surprised. Permanently availability of hot water. The garden and barbeque were nice. It was a pleasure to stay outside. The beds were comfortable. The owner was hospitable.

„The reality is different“

We were staying for one night only. Pretty good location,takes us approx. 7 minutes to get to the beach. Friendly hosts, good WI-Fi connect. Spacious, but old furnished rooms. Smelly toilet and bathroom were definitely the biggest disappointment.
